Beautiful Condominium Apartment with Private Rooftop Terrace located in Ceiba, Puerto Rico in a gated community. Our apartment has a beautiful view overseeing the ocean and near by islands such as Culebra and Vieques. The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, all with Queen size beds and AC. The master bedroom has a full Master Bathroom. We also have a full kitchen with all the utensils and cookware. There is a laundry room with a wash and dryer. A private balcony with a breathtaking view to the ocean and Vieques Island. Our Private Rooftop Terrace has a seating area, grill, dinning table, and lounge chairs . We offer 2 parking spaces. Please feel free to ask for an early check in, at times we have it available at no additional cost.
Please note we made the following NEW renovations to our apartment, we now added an Air Conditioner to the living room and changed our sofas to a bigger sectional for your comfort.
Pool and Gym area are now open from 9am-9pm

Apartment Rules:

* No parties allowed. No visitors allowed to stay overnight.

* Smoking is ONLY permitted in the designated area at the terrace where ash trays are available. Please do not litter cigarettes butts. Smoking Illegal drugs / or other substances is strictly prohibited anywhere in the complex. Not obeying can result in someone calling the police and getting arrested.

* Very Important: Please be mindful of Quiet hours from 9pm-7am. Music and loud noises are subject to police intervention or fines by the complex. Any fines incurred will be the responsibility of the guest.

* Please be mindful and respectful of our neighbors who are living in the building.

* Children must be supervised, specially at the balcony, terrace area and accompanied using the spiral staircase at all times.

* Please park in assigned parking spaces.

* Help us conserve energy by turning off all appliances when not in the apartment.

* Please Do Not leave any personal items or trash in the hallway or near the building.

* The administration prohibits hanging anything in the balcony rails that is visible from the outside such as wet towels clothes etc. No throwing water from the balcony to the outside of the building.

* Please place garbage bags inside the green dumpster metal bins. Located in the parking area. Please do not leave garbage bags in front of the door, hallway or bottom of the staircase.

* Pool and Gym area is open from 9 am - 9pm. No food, beverage or music is permitted in the pool area. Please wear appropriate attire to the pool.

* Security Guard are constantly checking and patrolling the complex. Please be respectful and follow the rules. Removal
From the complex for not following rules will be subject to a non-refund.

* Please take a moment to check for cleanliness or if something is not working let us know right away. Contact us in advanced if you need extra towels or bed sheets.

* La administración prohíbe colgar cualquier cosa en los rieles del balcón que sea visible desde el exterior, como ropa, toallas húmedas, etc. No arrojar agua desde el balcón hasta el exterior del edificio.

* Por favor, coloque bolsas de basura dentro de los contenedores de metal verde. Situado en la zona de aparcamiento. Por favor, no deje bolsas de basura frente a la puerta, el pasillo o la parte inferior de la escalera.

* Los horarios de la piscina y el área del gimnasio es de 9 am - 9 pm. No se permiten bebidas, comida, ni musica en el area de la piscina. Por favor de usar ropa adequada para la piscina.

* Guardia de seguridad están constantemente patrullando el complejo. Por favor, sea respetuoso y siga las reglas. La eliminación del complejo por no seguir las reglas estará sujeta a un no reembolso y una multa por administración.

Breathtaking view
Yanira Is an amazing Host, hands down! This is our families second time staying in her wonderful home. Each time we have been extremely impressed with the cleanliness, the view, the amenities and the extra effort she puts in to making sure her guest have a wonderful visit to such a beautiful island. She is very responsive and keeps in touch every step of the way. If you ever need anything, she is only a text away and she goes out of her way to go above and beyond thank you for everything that you do to ensure your guest receive amazing care and have a wonderful visit. Looking forward to staying with my family again year after year. I feel like I’ve known her my whole life and we’ve only met through text message. She is very personable and we can’t wait to stay again. The morning and evening views from the balcony and the rooftop terrace is breathtaking. When we’re in Puerto Rico, we drive all over the island from one side to the other but we are glad to call her home our home at the end of each night.

"The penthouse was everything we had hoped for until our last morning before check-out. After a long day of swimming at Culebra Island, we wanted to enjoy the penthouse before checking out, but unfortunately, we were woken up by loud banging from the construction work being carried out in the apartment below us on Saturday morning. It's worth noting that there is only one flight of stairs leading up to the penthouse."

Relax and enjoy the beautiful rooftop!
We loved our stay at Vista Azul! The apartment was bright, well decorated, we were happy to have beach umbrella and chairs to use. We loved the beautiful beach in Luquillo! But the best thing was the fabulous rooftop deck-perfect for breakfast, dinners and relaxing every evening.

We loved our stay! The roof top gathering area was great! It’s a lovely apartment with room for everyone. The beach chairs were handy and having laundry facilities really helped. Great Condo
Condo was great, roof was amazing. Location worked well for east coast beaches, ferry to other islands and it was about 30 min to rainforest entrance. There were beach towels, chairs (we contributed one so that there are now 4), umbrellas, beach cooler, etc. which was useful to use. Grill worked, full dining table on roof with nice couches & lounge chairs. No dishwasher, solar lanterns didn't work, wifi was slower than cellular & had to split loads into small batches for dryer to work, but other than that it was a pleasure to stay here and we would stay here again if we return.

The rooftop is legit
I was a little unsure based on the listing whether the rooftop was truly private, but let me assure you it is. The spiral staircase is the only way up/down. This is a great spot and the host gave great instructions. The wifi sign in the apartment is not current but the info was provided and it worked great. Split AC in the living room and window units in each of the 3 bedrooms.

Great for a couples or family getaway
This property was amazing and as described. The condo was clean and had all the necessities to enjoy a relaxing day at the property or at the beach. The view is just amazing. Beyond our Expectation
It was such a pleasure staying here. Yanira is an amazing host, very kind, extremely helpful, and genuinely cares for the overall comfort of her guests. As seasoned travelers, we are extremely picky of where we stay, particularly in cleanliness, comfort, and safety. I am usually known for traveling with my own sheets and cleaning supplies, but this spot was well kept and so clean that i didn't even bother cleaning upon arrival. Yanira's spot was the perfect place to celebrate my partner's bday. We had our privacy, the place was very quiet and peaceful, it was super clean, and most importantly it felt like home. The location was perfect, close to everything. The view was mesmerizing, the place is exactly like in the pictures. Walking in the penthouse for the first time was like walking into a picture. And the rooftop was everything, my boyfriend was beyond heaven. This location was simply perfect. Again thank you so much for sharing your place. We are looking forward to coming back

Severely Inconvenienced, yet nice outdoor seating.
Property is convenient to ferry and rainforest. Due to a family emergency and miscommunication between owner and guard, we were not able to access property through security gate and could not get into our room the first night. We wasted over an hour trying. It was VERY inconvenient for our tired family with a child and pregnant wife. We sent receipt of the the cheapest, close hotel we had to stay in to have a place to sleep, but we're still out of pocket extra money/time, and severely inconvenienced. We understand mishaps and family issues, but felt it unfair to cost us extra time and money due to no fault of our own. During our short stay, noticed there's not a stainer or drying rack for dishes that are need to be hand-washed before departing. Saw only one roach on toilet. No bug spray handy. Everything else was fine, but the check-in experience left a bad taste in our mouth, especially still being out extra money with proof of expense after "refund." Roof top area is the highlight of this rental. They did a great job setting it up.

More than expected!
My family had a great time staying at this condo in Coast Esmeralda. The unit was clean and spacious. I didn’t realize the lounge area, table and grill were all on a PRIVATE ROOFTOP PATIO. We spent every evening up on the patio watching the stars and island lights in the distance. The island seems to close up early and this was a wonderful way to wind down. This condo is closed to everything on the east side of PR. We loved our long weekend here.
