„My family is extended across the tri-state area and this home was perfectly placed for all to gather and visit for a family holiday celebration. The home is very open and has amazing spaces. „Everything from the listing and reviews was accurate. We enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, on our last full day we were locked out for over an hour when the batteries for the lock died. The host was responsive, and we were able to get back in; however, my daughter-in-law was unable to respond to work issues while her laptop was locked inside. We also missed part of the Columbus Blue Jackets game due to dealing with the lock issue.“

„Nice house, well-maintained and clean. Location, off an alley, is very convenient. The house was listed as having two twin beds, and there was only one, but the owner is in the process of renovation and maybe did not note this. Not a big deal, we didn’t need it. The house was all we needed and is located less than two miles from Dayton’s campus, so it worked out well. Thank you for everything!“

Lighting in all downstairs areas except kitchen was dim. Just need more lamps and brighter bulbs. It meet all our needs and we will stay there again if we have another holiday family get together. “

„This was perfect location for our stay. We had a wedding to attend and it was a quick wkend trip. We had trouble with booking via vrbo site itself and the owner was great to work with over that. The kids enjoyed the game room, the train nearby didn’t sound as close as it was and wasn’t a problem for us . This was perfect location for our stay. The airforce museum is right accross the street , and Pettitbon coffee is like a mile down the road (highly recommend). We would stay here again.“

„Although we had an issue with the home being cleaned in preparation for our arrival, this was not at the fault of the owner and they were genuinely apologetic and beyond accomodating. I gave cleanliness 5 stars because outside of this the house was clean and organized. The home was very spacious and comfortable. Although it was December the kids enjoyed the wonderful outside settng. Would very a great place to come with a group of friends or family and just hang out. If you have to go into town ...

„Great place we would definitely stay again. Only complaint would be if you plan on using the air mattress it is located in a closet (office) which would be difficult to use for adults but great if you have children with you. There is plenty of space for the mattress in the living room. “

Reported next morning and it was cold when I got back to hotel, but still made loud, whirling sounds off and on all night 12/10/24.
