Messages from 2 different mobile numbers, requests for details (phot of ID and selfies) outside of Hotels app and has to download another app to be able to access in addition to 2 codes for the entry doors. Key fob provided only once in the apartment and if you don’t have this you still need the separate app and 1 of the 2 codes. Advertised as a 3 bedroom and when we went upstairs to set up the cot in a room, the 3rd bedroom is a study nook at the top of the stairs ...

„Von 5 Wochen an Australiens Ostküste wollten wir die letzten 2 Wochen in Ruhe genießen und hier und da zu Ausflügen starten. Dean ist sehr nett und hat uns freundlich empfangen. Er ist hilfsbereit und hat sofort auf unsere Fragen/Bitten reagiert, obwohl nicht er sondern seine Mutter das Haus bewohnt. Das Appartement sieht aus wie auf den Bildern...jedoch was die Sauberkeit und Hygiene angeht darf man keine hohen Ansprüche haben. Der Wasserkocher und Wäscheständer wurden auf Bitte sofort ersetzt. ...

„We stayed in January 2025. The property was spacious and comfortable and had so many little extras such as shower gel / shampoo, condiments, hair dryer etc. The unit was quiet but close to the beach and shops / restaurants. We highly recommend this property and would definitely return. “

„Beach Nest on Coral in so many ways met our needs. A convenient location, so that we didn't use the car during our stay, enough comfy beds (although as our family adults are tall, double beds remind us why we like our queen beds). „The checkin process has changed as there was no lockbox but instead an electronic keypad. This was confusing but the support person was helpful and we were inside within 15 minutes. "Super Hotel im Business District mit nettem Personal und sehr bequemen Betten. Allerdings sind die Zimmer zur Straße raus doch etwas lauter. Wir haben auf Nachfrage ein anderes bekommen und dort war es super! :)"

"This is a very modern hotel in the center of North Sydney. I especially liked the design (both from the inside and outside). Staff was very friendly and helpful, Wi-Fi was working great (even a dedicated LAN port was available in the room) and the hotel itself was very quiet. Mostly everything was very pleasant, however, there's room for improvement: - The self-service laundry was closed / out of order for the whole length of my stay - I tried to avoid going to level 5 (reception) because there was a constant, loud beeping noise which hurt my ears - The elevators were quite slow and I often had to wait a while for one to arrive"

"Silkari Suites in Chadswood ist ein sehr gutes Hotel in der Nähe von Shoppingcenter und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Wir waren das 2te Mal dort und würden sicher wieder hier übernachten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider war es diesmal etwas laut, da direkt gegenüber ein Gebäude komplett saniert wird, welches sicher noch einige Monate dauern wird. "

"Ich wurde freundlich und zuvorkommend empfangen. Das Hotel ist in einem älteren Zustand. Auf den Fotos bei der Buchung war es nicht ersichtlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat nur bis 9.30 Uhr geöffnet. Dann wird es sofort abgeräumt. Ich hatte wirklich Mühe, rechtzeitig dort zu sein nach meinem 23 Stunden Flug. Ich konnte nichts nachholen, da bereits abgeräumt war. Auf mein Nachfragen habe ich mehr Frühstück als Ausnahme erhalten."
