„Communication and support from the owner was very good. The property is in a lower middle class area that needs rehabilitation and that seems underway. It was clean, but appears to have been recently completed needing some finishing touches, like a toaster and some additional dinnerware in the kitchen, some dressers/tables in the bedrooms, etc. The two sofa's on the main level are pullout beds to get to the 7 guest accommodation. „We stayed at camping cabin four for two nights. The cabin was close to Nashville and Brown County State Park where we spent most of our time. The cabin needs a bit of work. The days were warm, but we couldn’t keep the windows open because there were no screens. There were a lot of stink bugs and lady bugs about.“

„I stayed by myself for a few days to relax in a country setting and hike while the leaves were beautiful. Catalpa Tree house was just what I wanted nice hosts, clean, hot water, comphy bed, warm and inviting. The hot tub was clean and the jets Worked well. I enjoyed sitting in it while watching birds and squirrels around me Quiet except for noise for a short while one morning from the lumber co next door. I also heard a group of coyotes howling one night which I just loved!“
