„Amazing service“

„Excellent experience - facility was 10 minute walk from conference center. KLVG sends very clear instructions how to check-in and check-out. Apartment was spacious and had all the necessary amenities - coffee maker with coffee pods, iron, ironing board, pots/pans/dishes, even a Brita water pitcher. Facility has a nice swimming pool. Most of the residents seem to be twenty-sonethings so a very youthful vibe. Would definitely stay here again!“

„This property served our needs perfectly for our nearly weeks long stay. Very easy to commute to and from whether from the airport or traveling around Phoenix and beyond. The host was active, easy to reach, informative, and while we didn’t need to communicate any issues, I feel confident they would be responsive if issues arose. Property was very clean and comfortable. Would certainly stay here again if we are back in Phoenix in the future.“

„A.N.C. is a great place, very accommodating the coffe in the lobby is a very sweet little treat too. Its close to our family and a great hike, the gym is great, parking easy, easy to get int our unit, we had breakfest on the balcony. Cheers to you A.N.C you are an excellent service and place to stay- beds were so comfy too. Thank you!“

„Loved having to rooftop patio, we spent a lot of downtime there. Location was great. A market was so close we visited it daily. The bands and loud music made it hard to sleep, but was great having places to eat so close. The security of the apartment was great, although not happy with location of the key fob receptacle. We left before sunrise and had to walk down an alley to put the key fob back. Didn’t feel safe for females to be in an alley in the dark. Property manager not promptly ...

„Unique vacation experience, more of an aparement style, but overall very quiet, tons of amenities in the building. Very easy neighbourhood to get out of to do day trips from!“

„My girlfriend and I were in town for a concert and dr. Appts. The place is beautiful and we felt safe. Casita had water and drinks stocked in the fridge. The bathroom had razors, mouthwash, etc if you migjt have forgotten yours. The backyard area has plently of different seating areas and the pool/hot.tub was amazing, casita clean and nicely decorated. I have already looked to see if Bill has availablity for my future stays i might have. Bill is a wonderful host and I loved the fact that it is ...

„Overall the stay was nice but had some very noisy neighbors for the first 3 nights. I called the property manager and he contacted them to please quiet down the first night but continued on for the next couple of nights. So the property is nice just not a lot of extras like a pool or hot tub or workout area. Also they charged me a $300 additional charge for the property which there was even maid service during our stay so really don’t think I’ll stay there again better services at other places ...
