„Good location. Nice unit. Dishwasher was broken on Christmas Eve so we contacted maintenance and they responded the same day. Worked out well for our family.“

„We were moved twice over our 9 day trip and downgraded to the smallest unit on our last 2 days.....telephone rings in suite everyday with "Concierge" trying to sell time share property. If that's your thing you'll have a blast.“

Also, that the Skiing and Tubing were "shut down" for the weekend, but people working there told us to go to "Cascade". So, if Cascade was open, why weren't you guys? All in all a Good Trip.“

„We reserved a Villa and was relocated 1.4 miles from the Villas to the Timbers. We were relocated two days before checking in and told we either switch or get our $ back. Most of our family were there on the 23rd. The rest of our family came in the 26th. I received a call from the owner stating not to tell them at check-in that we reserved through VRBO- felt uncomfortable with all this - not a good experience. Fortunately nothing was asked at check- in and we had a wonderful time with our kids ...

„Front desk ignored me both in person and when I called. Possibly due to me booking on vrbo? I’m not sure. Furnace was noisy in the unit, I called to let front desk know and they informed me they’d move anyone else checking in but not me (again, possibly because I booked on vrbo?). Beautiful place but I still don’t know where the pool is as I didn’t receive a map nor was it explained to me.“
