„Exactly what we were looking for! “

„We needed to make a last minute trip to MI from SC to visit family. We were so lucky that this little gem was available. It is small and cozy but had everything we needed. The weather was cold and snowy. It was beautiful. It felt like we were inside a snow globe during our stay. It was only 8 minutes from our family which made it very convenient. We usually make MI our summer vacation but after this stay we are thinking of adding a winter trip. This was a wonderful winter retreat.“

„We had a great time. Love the addition of the indoor pickle ball court. Besides the pool, that was used the most. Also ping pong table, large Connect 4 game plus the card table made the trip well worth the expense. Thanks for everything.“

„Matt is a great host. Nice cottage with an up north feel. Kids loved the games, movies and playing by the lake. Colder temps so they couldn’t swim but just off the shore looks to be all sand.. Had a fire by the lake our second night. Definitely will return and do some fishing. Can’t beat the sunset off the lake whether your inside in the rocking chairs or sitting on the deck overlooking the lake. Great peaceful weekend! “

„We stayed here once before, and it was just as perfect as last time. The house has everything you could possibly want or need: Games, puzzles, ping-pong, table, kayaks. It has a view in every direction and lots of spaces together in smaller groups if you want. But possibly the best part is that it’s in the woods with no visible neighbors, and a view of the lake. Checking in and out with the host is super easy as well.“

„We loved the whole experience! Great house, yard, and lake. We rented the pontoon boat as well. The house had everything we needed including kitchen accommodations, deck seating, and water toys. The host was great and communication was always quick. Highly recommend this property!“

„We had a group of 12 stay for a long ice fishing and had a great time. We stay somewhere different in Michigan every year. The pool table was a hit when we would come in off the ice. Nice big house with plenty of sleeping room for everybody. We all enjoyed our stay and would not mind going back again sometime, whether it’s summer or winter. “

One negative, my husband mentioned to one of the workers in breakfast area that one coffee pot was spewing hot coffee out on peoples hands and her response was "I know" With kind of an attitude of irritation with no offer to do anything about it.“
