„My husband and I had a relaxing and restful stay in this charming cottage. It was well equipped with everything we needed, and the breathtaking views made it even more special. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were good quality. While the steps were a bit of a challenge for our aging joints, the comfort and scenery made them absolutely worthwhile. The property managers were attentive and helpful, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. We would love to return“

„This sweet place was exactly what we were hoping for. Private, quiet, clean, simple and in nature. The cottage had everything we needed to be comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Stephen is responsive and a great host. We will so be back to this wonderful spot. Just a short drive to the beach and amazing restaurants. We were very happy with our stay. “

„Love the West End Neighborhood & its colorful array of "residents." Urban Flat's location is very convenient - walking convienent- to RR Square, Criminal Baking & Aroma Roasters. All excellent destinations.The flat itself is roomy, nicely appointed and very comfy. Allen made himself available for any needs & questions and we met, by chance, Ronnie the housekeeper who does a great job. We highly recommend Urban Flat.“

„We had to change plans due to some weather in Lassen Volcanic NP so we decided to stay in Cloverdale. The place was walkable to local restaurants and shops as well as the sculptures through town. We were close by vineyards and enjoyed some wine tasting while we were there. The beds were comfortable and the house was well stocked. Thank you for an enjoyable stay. “

„This property is absolutely stunning from the exposed stone in each room to the beautiful finishes and furniture. The beds were super soft and comfortable and I really enjoyed all the amenities including the awesome pool table and fireplace! It's also in an amazing location hidden deep in wine country with plentiful restaurants and shopping right around the corner. Highly recommend! “

„This was a beautiful VRBO that is exactly as shown in all of the pictures and is described accurately. The king-sized bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was nice, walk-in closet extra rooms, and I liked the outdoor patio space. The neighborhood seemed safe and was very quite. The only issue that we had was that the entire unit smelled like marijuana smoke, (even after leaving the sliding glass door wide open for a few hours with the fan and heater on). „This place is clean and cozy. Great for a couple. Appliances and hot tub are a little dated, but they were clean and operational. Bed was very comfy. Brewery and Cafe are right across the street and there is a side road that you can comfortably walk the mile to town. Had a minor plumbing issue while there but owner was extremely responsive and helped us resolve it later that day. We would definitely recommend.“
