„Due to the Spa access times we were not allowed to go into the pool during the afternoon with our children. They’ve been very unfriendly and rude about it. On the second day of our stay we got kicked out of the pool. When talking to the staff at the reception about us being asked to leave they were completely overwhelmed and again not very friendly. Elevator was also not functioning well. “
