This expansive 120 m² chalet, located on the ground floor, comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, making it an ideal choice for family gatherings or group retreats. Enjoy breathtaking views from the 60 m² south-facing terrace, a perfect spot to bask in the sun or take in the serene beauty of the Courchevel valley.

Inside, Chalet du Merle 1 offers a thoughtful layout designed for comfort and convenience. The accommodation includes two cozy bedrooms with 140 cm beds, a charming room with two 90 cm beds, and a spacious dormitory-style bedroom featuring four 90 cm beds, complete with a private shower and sink. Additional amenities include a bathroom with a bathtub and hairdryer, two separate toilets, and a dedicated sauna room for ultimate relaxation after a day of exploring.

The inviting living area is furnished with two sofas, an armchair, a coffee table, an LCD television, and a DVD player, creating a cozy space for unwinding. The adjacent dining area, equipped with a table, chairs, and a bench, is perfect for enjoying meals together. The well-appointed kitchen provides everything needed to prepare delicious home-cooked meals.

Bed Linens towels are available for rental, payable upon arrival. Please advice us at least one week in advance :
-Towel Kit for Ten euros (including one bath towel and one hand towel)
-Bed Linen Kit for Eighteen euros (including one fitted sheet, one duvet cover, and one pillowcase).
