So much to do; so little time!
As we enter our second year of hosting we welcome you to come spend some time at Cypress Cove. We work hard to offer a clean, comfortable, well maintained home for your family to enjoy. The house was remodeled last year to better suit a Vrbo clientele and all of our travelers how found it clean and charming.
Centrally located to multiple attractions. Dollywood, Smokey Mountains, Ocoee River Rafting, Lee University, Ramble Creek and Howe Farm wedding venues. Tri-State Exhibition center as well as close by Chattanooga attractions.
2 bedrooms with King beds, 3rd bedroom with two double beds, fully equipped kitchen, screen deck, fire pit, Cypress Grove joins the property. Walking distance to the Hiwassee River and Charleston city park with nice playground, covered pavilion and walking trails. Charleston Heritage Center, with in depth exhibits pertaining to the Trail of Tears and the Civil War, is also within walking distance. All new bed and bath linens furnished. Quiet little community.

Very cute house
The home was perfect. Beautiful, clean hardwood floors, nice furniture, bedrooms were nice and clean. Nice backyard and patio. Host was very nice and answered my questions. TV was great and plenty of channels and apps to watch. Great kitchen we cooked breakfast daily. The cost was great, the little town was cute. Next to the river perfect for fishing and picnics. Tons of blankets provided which we needed bc it was a bit chilly at night but we did not want to run the heat too much, it works very well. Plenty of towels and snacks were provided at check in. *Access by wheelchair is a bit difficult to maneuver. There is a sunken 3rd bedroom and primary bath which i was unable to get into but i did not need it. • There are trains coming into the depot right across the street almost every hr even thru the night. We did get used to it after the 2nd night and we also used a sound machine app to drown it out.

Great for families!
We enjoyed our stay Cypress Cove! Our family loved being walking distance from the park and outdoor basketball court. It was too cold to enjoy the backyard and firepit, but it's a nice feature along with the cypress grove that joins the property. The home was clean and cozy. The kitchen was well equiped. Karen, the host, was very attentive. We definitely recommend this property!

So peaceful!
My family and I were in town for a wedding and we are so grateful to have found this home. The neighborhood is peaceful and full of charm. The home was clean and accommodating and so homey! We especially loved the screened in porch and fire pit out back. Morning coffee followed by evening marshmallows with the woods as your backdrop Was heavenly. 😊 thank you for your hospitality!

We liked it so much, we came back!
We love this place! This was our second time to stay in this house, and we liked it just as much as the first time. The kitchen is well stocked with all the dishes we needed, and the appliances are up-to-date - the icemaker even works (many in vacation rentals don't!). The bedding is super comfortable. We also love the fire pit out back and enjoyed roasting marshmallows for smores. The grill works great too. We used both both times we were there. We also enjoy the park within walking distance (complete with several basketball goals which my kids love) and had a picnic at the boat ramp right by the beautiful Hiwassee. We also enjoyed the beautiful historic downtown. We'll be back! Highly recommended.

across street from railroad. trains night and day. Odd lay out for house. only access from house to back screened porch is through the master bedroom. The mb had a HUGE step down into bathroom. Hall bath grout etc very dirty looking, cobwebs in corner under shower curtain. Overall, we were never so glad to leave a rental property. Friends even left early rather than stay full time.

Our family of 7 stayed here for a church conference that was held in Cleveland. Great property, clean, and comfy beds. There is an active railway close by that can be heard, but none of the family had any issues with it disturbing our rest. We will try to book again if we have reason to be in the area. Great rental!

Perfect accommodations
We stayed in Charleston to visit with family who live in Cleveland. We spent most of our days at the house, and it was absolutely perfect in every way. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, and all the appliances worked great, including the outdoor grill. There was even a gallon tea pitcher which we needed for our crew (including visiting family - our daughter, her husband, and our granddaughter). The ice maker actually worked (which I've found to be a rarety in rentals!). There were plenty of clean, high quality towels and even dish clothes (which I have also found lacking in some rentals). We loved the location. We did hear the train frequently which we absolutely loved. It wasn't loud and annoying but added to the historic charm of the neighborhood. We spent the evenings walking to the park where out children enjoyed the playground and the basketball courts (a definitely plus for my basketball-loving crew). The grocery store and Dollar General were really close too (but not too close). My son-in-law enjoyed building a fire in the firepit and sitting outdoors. I loved sitting on the comfortable chair on the screened in back porch in early morning - right by the swamp with those beautiful cypress trees. We also enjoyed many Charades games - I think that became our favorite game. Thanks for providing this unforgettable, comfortable place to stay!

Great Place, Great Location
Absolutely loved our stay in Cleveland TN! This house has an awesome set up and worked very well with 8 people (ensure that 2 sets in your party are ok sleeping in full size beds if you have 8 vs 6 people). Super clean, Super quiet, and could not be any better vs a hotel stay in our opinion. Literally the only opportunity for improvement may be a larger hot water tank but if showers are staggered, everything can go smoothly as water heats up really fast. I am not sure I could recommend another location anymore than this one!

Much needed break
We came here for a wedding at Howe farm. The house was spacious enough for us - 6 plus a 2 month old. The kitchen had good appliances and the basics like spices and cooking items. The only negative had nothing to do with the house but the train nearby. We sleep with a white noise machine so it didn’t keep us awake. The king size beds were comfortable.
