The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

Nice place to stay
We had a wonderful stay at 90 spring street. The place is just as pictured. Very nicely decorated and clean. The walk to king street isn’t super close however, we had a car to get around and distance was fine. There was a strong musty smell in the home. Management sent a technician to check it out. It is an older home and the musty smell can be strong for those that have bad allergies like myself and my husband. With that said it was a great stay and time. Charleston is a charming city.

The house was very clean and we had plenty room for 3 teenage girls and their grandmothers. Everything was as described in the listing. Restaurants and shopping were easily accessible from this location. We used our vehicle for transportation because Charleston was not very crowded while we were there. It is a very short drive to City Market, the waterfront park and King and Meeting Streets.

The location was great and within walking distance to most everything. We found a great place for dinner—Chez nous just around the corner. Cannot recommend that enough. House was very clean, cozy, and had everything 4 women in their 50s might need. Beds were very comfortable and the check in/check out process was very easy. Great home for girls weekend but also large enough for multiple couples.

Great location in a wonderful neighborhood. Close to King St. but restaurants in immediate area wonderful. Three bedrooms quiet throughout. Only the front bedroom which is beautiful has some street noise at night. Beds and bedding really nice. Host very responsive. Would return in a heartbeat!

Great place, great location, great value. What more do you want?
This place was even better than described! Fantastic layout, especially if you have a larger group. The location could not be much better. Not right on King Street but literally a quick 2 block walk and you're there. Also plenty of small restaurants and boutiques just steps away from the front door. Based on the description, I expected the parking spot to be a little farther away than it actually was, but it's literally less than a minute walk away. Can't recommend this rental highly enough, we'll definitely be back!!!

Highly recommend
We highly recommend this property! The layout worked very well for our needs as we had three generations of family coming into town for a quick two-night stay. The four-bedroom, three-bath, single-level plan was perfect for a group that included two seniors who have difficulty with stairs. There were three kitchenettes with coffee stations that allowed us to "slow roll" into the morning without the entire group feeling as though they needed to rise and gather together. We didn't need a full kitchen as we dined out, but the main one has everything you might need to cook at home. The living room furniture is scaled for the space, but a little small and not very comfortable. You can't lean back in the dining room chairs. The bedrooms, however, have top notch mattresses--best night's sleep we've had in ages. Management was immediately responsive when we made a call. Their representatives were sweet and we appreciated them Overall, this was a great VRBO and we would stay here again. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at this well-appointed property, perfectly situated in an ideal location. The bedrooms exceeded our expectations, featuring thoughtful touches like individual coffee areas and exceptionally comfortable beds. However, it's worth noting that there is another unit located above, and unfortunately, we experienced some noise disturbances. Despite this, the owners were incredibly responsive and a pleasure to work with. Their prompt attention to our concerns demonstrated their commitment to ensuring a positive experience for their guests. Overall, our time here was enjoyable, thanks to the great amenities and excellent communication from the owners. We appreciate their efforts to make our stay as pleasant as possible and would consider returning, keeping in mind the minor noise issue.

Charlston Cruise Vacation Stay
The unit was very spacious, clean, and well organized. There were 10 of us and I thought we would just make it work for one night. However, each room had a bathroom and the rooms were very large. The living space was accommodating and the host really thought of everything. We were going on a cruise and this is very close to the Port. I highly recommend this rental.

Fun weekend
We had a great weekend in Charleston. The property was great. We really enjoyed it. Lots of space to hang out out both together and privately. The common areas could have used a little more seating considering you usually have 6 or more people but we made it work. We used the back porch a lot to hang out. All in all, we had a great time. The location was close to everything or easy enough to get around.
