„We traveled to Port Charlotte from Ohio to see grandparents for spring break. This home was just a few minutes away from their home, and close to everything we needed. The home has everything you'd need for a short termnor kong term stay. The only issue we had a was a small issue with the pool and algae when we arrived due to an excessive amount of rain in the area just before we arrived. The owners rectified the issue immediately, and gave us a partial refund for not being able to use the pool ...

„Home sits on canal that gives access to the Peace River or Charlotte Harbor . Only takes a minute or two to idle ( 22' Pathfinder w/200hp )into the river from the back yard . Had a wonderful time fishing , cruising and sight- seeing the river . O ya the cottage, LOL. It was nice, clean, and had what we needed. Tons of restaurants near bye . Stayed 5 nights , wish it was more .“

„The home had everything we needed. Convenient location to anything you need or want to do in sunny Florida. Host was quick to answer any question that we had, check in was easy and our stay was great. We would definitely stay with him again.“

„Stayed for one month, unit was as advertised. Master Suite exceeded expectations. Most other renters have been returning for many years and were very friendly and helpful. Some updating of cupboards and appliances should be considered in the next few years. We do plan to return if possible next year.“
