Westbrook Drive lies in Third Ward just inside the I277 Loop and I77 intersection, providing quick access to the greater Charlotte area, but with short walks to Bank of America stadium (Home of the Panthers), BB&T ballpark (minor league baseball stadium), & Uptown Charlotte for nightlife, and more. Additionally, given it's location it's a quick walk to the growing South End area of town for restaurants and bars.

Regular bus transporation stops just off of Hill street, but Bird, Lime, and other scooter companies have become a regular means for short jaunts in transporation around the area. Additionally, if you drive in, parking is available upon request (off street) and the property is centrally located near I277 and I77 for quick access to I85 and more.
