Very well appointed for short term or long term rental with pullout sofa. Full size kitchen with full size washer and dryer in unit. WIFI along with smart tv in living room with full size bathroom. Close to uptown with private alley access/parking. **NO PETS ALLOWED**

Enjoyed the stay.
This was by far one of the cleanest places we've stayed. Everything was meticulous. Cute, comfortable little place to stay for an extended amount of time. Nice area. Seemed like everything was 15 minutes or less away. The coy pond in the court yard was pretty cool as well.

Great stay for 2!
The place was clean and had everything we needed! Great water pressure and loved that makeup wipes were provided! John was great at communicating and even provided some snacks and bottles of water, which came in handy for our walk to the stadium. Would advise that it states this stay is a 15 minute walk from Bank of America Stadium and it was closer to a 30 minute walk. Still not bad though. We definitely recommend this stay!

The property was just as advertised. It was clean, in walking distance to the gold line (which took you into the heart of the city), the neighborhood was quite, and the host was more than willing to help with any needs but everything was perfect upon arriving.

The property was just as described, beautiful. Everything we needed to spread out and explore the city. Lovely garage apartment, very private. We never saw the owners even though we were staying above the detached garage. The ceilings made the space feel giant- 12 foot ceilings. Thank you for having us.

Would stay again =]
We had a wonderful time staying there for a few days. The place was clean & lovely, with everything we could need. We would definitely stay here again. The hosts were communicative and even helped accomodate a later check out when needed. They also put out a few breakfast snacks, which felt above & beyond! The place itself was about a 5min walk to a trolley stop, so we were able to access the city with a lot of ease without a car. Overall one of the best experiences I've had so far with a vacation rental.

Peace and Solice
This was a perfect location for us as we ventured out and rode the trolley (free) that was a short walk to get on. We rode it to downtown Charlotte and spent many hours exploring and having fun! A peaceful, beautiful garden greets you as you get to the apartment. It was comfortable and relaxing. A sweet park is right across the street for a leisurely walk. It’s lovely!

This is a tucked-away piece of heaven. The property was clean, quiet, and so comfortable. I came for a quick getaway and to attend a local concert. It was hard to leave the property because it was so cozy. Choosing to stay here is a good decision. :)

2nd time visiting the city and this location was perfect for me and my daughter. We prefer to walk. We were an easy 25min walk from our destination. The property was exactly as the pictures show. Very clean, inviting and had everything we needed. Appreciated the information book and labels on light switches. The provied water and snacks were a wonderful bonus. We will definitely consider for future trips.

Very clean, over-garage studio, with all the basics needed for a short stay. I could imagine staying here for a longer-term visit, too, if I were in town for a conference, doing business or for fun - due to its proximity to Uptown.

This apartment was perfect for me for a convention I was attending at the Convention Center. It was a quick drive. I felt safe and the parking was safe. I really was not at the apartment most of the day, but it was much better than having a hotel room. I had brought food so it was nice to have a full size fridge, microwave, and a plate & silverware to use with a kitchen sink. The apartment was clean, set up nicely, well done. Nice touch to add the snacks (although I did not eat them). My only suggestions would be: to have a box of tissues, start your guests with a full roll of toilet paper, half to full hand soap and two more regular pillows on the bed (the decorative pillows are not good for extras needed for sleeping) . I could not figure out the alarm clock (to shut it off) so I just unplugged it. The bed was comfortable, the place was very clean, nice to have a washer and dryer even though I did not need it for this visit, nice shower/tub. I would definitely stay here again if I am ever in the area. Highly recommend this apartment.
