Beautiful Modern Lake Home in Mooresville NC

Get ready to be wowed by this Charleston-inspired home that was built just a few years ago. Over 3000 sq ft .You can expect all the modern amenities. Huge kitchen island plus dining table for 10. We have added a crib, MamaRoo and activity walker. Enjoy beautiful views of the lake from the huge rocking chair front porch. Lake access is just across the street with, kayaks, paddle board, outdoor blackstone griddle, electronic darts, fire pit, corn hole and lake floats provided for your entertainment. Each bedroom has it’s own bathroom! No waiting your turn. We also decorate for the holidays if you are looking for a great home for you and your family to gather. Under 40 minutes from the airport, BoA Stadium, Charlotte Motor Speedway and Spectrum Center.

The house was beautiful and incredibly well-stocked. We felt as if we were in a friend's house. The host was very responsive and even added flowers and balloons to celebrate a family birthday which was a lovely touch!

Beautiful lake home
The house is freshly renovated with every amenity you coyld want. The owner, Tammy, decorated it perfectly for halloween, which the kids loved. She was also very responsive throughout the stay to answer any questions. We will definitely book again next time we are in the area.

Amazing lake house
The property was absolutely amazing for our family trip. The house is beautifully decorated and the hosts have thought of everything you could possibly need from blankets for your dogs, cribs and games for children, and everything in between!! The lake access is just across the street and the part of lake is quiet and and so fun! Would absolutely recommend.

Absolutely great property
Finally and owner of a VRBO that cares about guests. They provided the essentials such as shampoo and plenty of towels. The house is spectacular and highly recommended for families as well as just adults. Plan on visiting again!!!

Perfect House
This house was the perfect setting for our annual girl's weekend. It was impeccably clean and so well appointed with all the extras. The kitchen was huge and made cooking our meals so easy. Each of the four bedrooms have a full bathroom so no one got the short end of the stick. The house was comfortable, modern and exceeded all of our expectations. Tammy was the best host and we enjoyed our time so much!

Perfect Vacation!!
From the moment we contacted about this home we were impressed!!! Tammy was a great communicator and answered all of our questions immediately! She suggested ideas of places to go, eat, boat rentals, etc! The house was Amazing!!! Our favorite was the front porch overlooking the lake. The beds were all extremely comfy! So many games, toys, tubes, kayaks, and paddle board! There is so much to do!! Cooking was so easy with her state of the art kitchen and all the utensils you could imagine! It was a perfect vacation!! Tammy is the beat hostess ever! Warm sourdough bread to welcome us! Don't look any further this is your house!

Perfection on Lake Norman
This was our homebase leading up to my daughter's wedding in Charlotte. The house, the location, and the host were absolutely perfect! We were so comfortable and were close enough to Charlotte to handle wedding details but far enough away to relax and enjoy family time. The house is equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need. There are games and puzzles, an electronic dart board, a wonderful porch swing, kayaks, and the kitchen is to die for! Tammy was so wonderful and made us feel so welcome. She even left us a loaf of home made bread. Amazing!

Roomy, clean, well-appointed, and right across the street from Lake Norman. Easy 20 minute drive to downtown Davidson. Host communicated everything well and even provided a large loaf of homemade sourdough bread! Really enjoyed our stay.

Great Spot
Very nice place with large kitchen area. I’d imagine this space would be great for entertaining a larger group of family and friends (there were only 4 of us). Very well laid out home. Only thing I’d change is the family room layout and furniture. Nonetheless, one of our favorite VRBO’s yet!

Dads 90th bday
The house is as perfect for our family gathering celebrating dad’s 90th bday. Loved the open floor plan and the house had every appliance and kitchen utensil you could want. It’s decorated beautifully and had every little detail was thoughtful…down to the kind message on the fridge. Some neighbors called the owners about us parking on the grass, but it was quickly rectified and the owner explained about septic being under the grass. Tammy was fantastic and very communicative. Would love to rent again.

Lovely stay by the lake !
We had a wonderful three night stay! When you walk into the home it has a great open layout, a huge kitchen and island, a large rectangular kitchen table, and a sitting area with a large TV. It’s beautiful and was decorated nicely with fall decor. I liked how there was plenty of seating, the large kitchen table has ten seats and the island has six comfortable stools. Lots of windows and natural light. There’s one bedroom with adjoining bath downstairs and a powder room. There are three bedrooms/bathrooms upstairs. All were modern, clean, and decorated nicely. Large open shower is in the master bathroom with a soaking tub where you can watch TV. There’s a back porch with seating and a fire pit. The lake access is steps away, my husband and children loved kayaking on the lake, life jackets were provided which was nice. We rented a boat for a few hours at the marina which is a 2 min drive from the house. The owner/host was great and easy to get in touch with. She left some thoughtful snacks for us upon arrival, which is always a nice touch! She also set up the crib for us which we needed for our one year old in the master bedroom. I would recommend this house to anyone! It was an easy stay & the house has lots of supplies (laundry detergent/ cleaning supplies/ shampoo etc.) We all had a great time, our boys enjoyed all of the children’s games & books, and of course the lake !

Fantastic Getaway
The house is beautiful. The pictures are good, but still don't do it justice. The house is very clean and spacious. The location is quiet and easy to get too with plenty of parking for our truck and boat trailer as well as other vehicles. The fenced in yard was very convenient for our dog. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic Family Week
The property is magnificent and exceeded my expectations. We were a family of 8 adults, and the bedroom and bath set up was perfect. Lazing by the lake was just perfect and there is everything you need, including kayaks, floats and a canopy.. We cooked every night and the kitchen is well-equipped. It even has a double waffle maker! You will love this property.

Amazing property. Amazing Host. This house blew away our expectations. It has it all. This property is beautiful! Kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful all chic and modern with all the bells and whistles. All the beds are very comfortable and plenty of space and privacy for all our family. A great host that included a lot of extras, like coffee, tea, creamer, sugar and condiments. Plenty of toilet paper trash bags and laundry detergent supplied. So thoughtful! We had the best time at this beautiful house! We had great fun on the kayaks they provided. The back porch with awesome grill was a lovely set up and great place to to hang out at night. Darts, TV, and a Blackstone! The front porch swing was also a favorite hang out spot. We did not want to leave! We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for having us, we had a blast!
