Jake's Lake House is a unique property on Lake Norman with 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms- plenty of room for 14 guests! The peaceful drive leading up to your Lake Norman getaway places you in a relaxing mindset. Let your everyday worries disappear as you arrive at your tranquil spot on the lake. You'll quickly be amazed at the lavish grounds and meticulously manicured landscaping surrounding this unique home.

Upon entering the home, you'll find yourself on the main level. You'll enter an open and spacious area combining the living room, dining area, breakfast nook, and kitchen. The living area is furnished with a large sectional couch dedicated to providing comfort, creating an intimate feeling. The vaulted ceiling provides a subtle touch of luxury to the home.

The kitchen is stocked with stainless steel appliances and a large island, providing plenty of space for the whole family to gather. With large windows that invite in the breathtaking views of Lake Norman, the room is full of natural light, which promises an open and airy atmosphere. What a great place to spend the day! Next to the kitchen is an adorable breakfast nook where you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee while observing the sunrise.

Also, on the main level, you'll find the classy dining room elegantly decorated and perfect for sit-down meals, special occasions, or simply looking your best and enjoying each other's company.

As you settle into one of the six bedrooms, you will find yourself right at home. Dedication of time and attention promises comfort and satisfaction in each room decorated with beautiful furnishing, plush comforters, and pillows on each bed. If you are fortunate enough to snag yourself a spot in the master bedroom, you will be spoiled with a full-sized bathroom and access to the wraparound patio. Get up in the morning and step outside to feel the cool morning breeze. What a way to wake up to the world! There is a junior master bedroom on the main level as well with a queen bed.

Along the main level is a full-sized deck equipped with multiple sitting areas. This is the perfect place to sit back, relax, and have a cocktail or three.
The upper level has two en suite bathrooms- one king and one queen. Plenty of space to get away and an office nook overlooking the upper level deck.

Heading back downstairs, you'll find the game room, not just for kids anymore! A vacation home would not be complete without a full-sized pool table and an old-school arcade game. This room is perfect for children and adults, including an extra refrigerator for stocking snacks and drinks. Sleeping is a blast for the kiddos in this house. A space to call their own, one bedroom on the lower level is filled with bunk beds for comfort and giggles. Did someone say FORT?! The lower level also boasts another bedroom with a queen bed, ensuite bath and access to the deck.

Looking for more active fun? Step into the garage and challenge your loved ones to a game of ping pong! With a TV, arcade games, video games, a pool and ping pong table, and plenty of lounging areas both inside and outside, the amenities in this room could keep you entertained for hours! However, let's not forget about the endless fun awaiting outside!

Right outside the game room, you'll step onto a deck that hosts even more sitting areas. Here, you will immediately fall in love with the beauty of the outside. Take a few more steps toward the lake and enter our gazebo! The gazebo is fully equipped with tables and space for setting out an afternoon picnic. For your comfort, this area is well-shaded for those looking for a break from the sun.

If you are seeking fun in the sun, there are many options to choose from. Head over to the large grassy region that provides a perfect place for sunbathing or down the chic wooden staircase, and bask in the comfort and joy of your own private swimming platform! Secluded in the cove, the swimming platform provides the perfect opportunity for the kids to swim and play safely while the adults relax in the gazebo. Observing the sunset from this point of view promises a rare feeling of peace and tranquility.

If you're in the mood for some excitement on the lake, bring a boat or we can recommend a local boat rental company. Conveniently located on the dock are all the fun lake toys, including a kayak, a paddle board, and an assortment of life jackets.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
