Welcome to Lake Norman Escape- true Lakeside Luxury! Let it all go and take in all Lake Norman vacations have to offer. Although you are never going to want to leave this backyard, you are conveniently located near shopping, dining, and attractions! This home is perfect for any family vacation!

Kick-off your shoes and enjoy the outdoor lake living space which includes a large fire pit, hot tub, kayaks, sandy beach areas, a private dock for swimming, fishing (fishing poles included with this home), and lots of unforgettable memories - reconnect with your family and friends in a quiet & relaxing home! This home is very spacious with two full kitchens, dining areas, living rooms, and sleeping arrangements for up to 10 in 3 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The foosball table, corn hole, covered patios, and cozy electric fireplace will keep the whole family busy and happy!

Please note: This is the very spacious lower level of this property. There is a separate, upper level apartment which is occasionally occupied by the owners. Rest assured that you will always have full and private access to all the amenities this property has to offer, the lake, dock, patios, yard, fire pit, grill, sandy beach areas, kayaks, paddle boards and hot tub. The owners are very quiet when in residence and try to be invisible. They want you to fully enjoy your vacation at Lake Norman Escape.

Don't forget to add a boat rental to your stay to get the most out of your Lake Norman experience! We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons - delivered right to your dock for your ease! Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!

Please note: Your safety matters. There is a ring doorbell at the entrance of the property.

*** All bookings will require a signed lease agreement in order to be confirmed. Lease agreements must be signed within 7 days from booking to avoid cancellation
*** Free early check-in / late check-out applies to Friday through Sunday bookings only. Check-in Friday at 2pm and check-out Sunday at 7pm, subject to availability, excludes holidays and must contact us to confirm eligibility
*** Standard early check-in and late-check out policy is as follows: 2pm check-in and 12pm check-out with a $50 fee per request. All subject to availability and all holidays are excluded
*** No weddings or events are permitted at this property
*** We cannot guarantee that the dock can accommodate specific types of boats. If you are bringing your own boat, please let us know so we can check the accommodations

great on the lake property. enough space for 4 kids and two sets of adults. doesn't come with shampoo so bring that, or go to a local store. everything is pretty close. hot tub was super nice. everything was very clean.

This Lake Norman escape is absolutely perfect. It’s clean, modern and updated. Beds were super comfortable, the location is fantastic, only minutes from the grocery store. The grill and fire pit were of great use, and they have an extra propane tank on hand should you run out. Communication was the best. Any questions were answered immediately. Recommend this place 100%

The property was just as advertised and was perfect for our stay! The house was clean and included everything that we needed for a comfortable visit. Beautiful property with lots of fun things to do. Took my teenage grandchildren and at one point they were either fishing, playing cornhole or in the hot tub! We rented a boat so that was fun too! We tubed, water skied and boated all over lake Norman. Wonderful place ! I give this a five star😊

The house is amazing and more then what is needed for a lake stay. We enjoyed the hot tub, liked that it was in the shade. The kayaks and paddle board were very fun! The board games were a big plus also! The only downside were the geese and their messes every morning.

Lots of outside games to play and 2 kitchens helped when we cooked large meals indoors and stores all our libations in extra fridge. This is a great property, worth every penny we spent to reant it. We did meet the owner as he was changing the filter on the hot tub, great guy that said he was just minutes away if we needed anything. The lake is beautiful and we got to take our rented boat to see Michael Jordan's home on the lake. The town of Moorsville was beautiful and we found all we needed there. Overall, A GREAT PROPERTY!!

Great Family Experience: Lake Norman
Overall, this is a great property. I travel a lot with work and frequently rent through VRBO. This is one of my best rental experiences. The location has lake access off of a quiet lake inlet. The ground level has a great, unique floor plan....its basically a one bedroom apartment attached to a two bedroom apartment via an adjoining doorway. Both have complete, well-stocked kitchens. Lots of area to cook with multiple dishwashers and refrigerators. Despite being on the ground floor, this is off-set with lots of light and large windows. The outside is also very well appointed.....large covered patio with tables and chairs, firepit, corn hole, complete dock with boat slip and swimming area. There is also a full, separate bathroom accessed directly from outside.....clean and well stocked. I highly recommend this property.

Awesome stay!
We had an awesome time and an amazing stay! The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The house is beautiful and equipped with anything you would need indoors and outdoors. There was plenty of living space in the house for our family. The lake view was very calming and the sunsets were beautiful. We enjoyed fishing, making s’mores at the fire pit, swimming in the lake etc. There was plenty to entertain our family! We look forward to returning for a future stay. We would definitely recommend this home.
