5 star house at all - phantastic
I enjoyed the time there. A cosy, well equipped house and extremly clean. Phantastic. Near to the city. I walked only about 30 minutes or drove 5 minutes maximum.

Clean Home with Close Proximity to the city!
The half of the duplex we stayed in was very clean and in a great location. Beds were very comfy! Fran was nice and checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. I would note there isn’t a washing machine and the amount of towels provided were limited so you may want to bring extra. Great stay and would stay again!

Cute and clean rental
The property is cute and clean and exactly as pictured. The check-in process was easy, and communication with the owner was good. It is close to downtown and has convenient parking. I did not realize there was no washer and dryer. I would have given five stars except for two things: The thermostat was locked down, so I had to text the owner each time to adjust the temperature, which wasn't ideal. Also, the mattresses were covered in plastic mattress covers, which were very uncomfortable and noisy for sleeping.

Worth Returning
We stayed at this property March 17-19, 2023. The check in process was flawless and the information needed was communicated clearly. The owner was very responsive and provided check up texts in case we had any concerns or requests. The property was very clean and modern, which made us feel very comfortable. The location is superb, as uptown is minutes away. The neighborhood is subpar but nothing to run us off or interfere with renting there again. The neighborhood was pretty quiet during our stay. There was someone else in the unit next to us and the walls are so thin that we could hear their movements and I'm sure they could hear ours (i.e., walking, doors closing, tv). It didn't bother us but something for others to consider if you are sensitive to that type of situation. We'd rent from Fran again and recommend her property for anyone staying in Charlotte.

We stayed during Thanksgiving week. Conveniently close to the airport for our very late arrival and insanely early departure. Very clean and decorated very nicely. I was able to prepare a few Thanksgiving dishes to take with us to visit family. I would stay here again.

Simply Perfect!
I was in Charlotte to attend my fraternity's (OMEGA PSI PHI) Conclave. I rented both units in this duplex, which were extraordinarily spacious and accommodating for six easily! The host, FRAN, was exceptionally wonderful and hospitable. It was a flawless transition from when I reserved the property online to when I checked out. Communication between Fran and me was quick. I appreciated the occasional text messaging to see how my trip was going and if I needed anything outside the typical necessities. The property itself was immaculate. The front porch was great, but the backyard was much better; it allowed you to unwind and enjoy the scenery in privacy. Both units had porches and color-coded chairs. In addition, the neighborhood was tranquil, and the neighbors were neighborly. I saved this property, and I highly recommend it!!!!

Nice Property in a sub par neighborhood.
The house was nice. The owner was responsive and fixed most of the issues we had while staying there! The following are the issues we had: 1. There was no table...there is a bar with 3 stools which aren't enough for the 4 people we had. 2. There were 2 bathrooms with one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and we were there for three days. Not enough! 3. There were only 4 towels and washcloths there...2 in each bathroom for 3 nights with four people. 4. We could not adjust the thermostat ourselves. We needed to text the owner and she did it remotely. Not nice at all. 5. The sheets on the one bed had a stain or dirt on it. Overall the owner did pretty well getting us what we needed but most of the stuff should've been there to start with!
