Welcome to our charming, newly renovated split-level ranch house! The 1,544 sq ft floor plan offers 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. A perfect space for a family vacation or group trip with your pet!

**Centrally located between Hixson & Dwntwn Chatt & street noise is unavoidable, especially during commuter hours. For your sleeping comfort we provide noise machines, should you want them.


After staying in numerous rentals over the years, we realized the things that we would like to have to enhance our own stay and designed our space with that in mind. Our goal is to provide guests with the most enjoyable experience possible. Cleanliness is of the utmost importance to us, and we want to provide our guests with a memorable experience.

The home has a king-size bed in the first downstairs bedroom, a queen in the second downstairs bedroom, a queen in the third upstairs bedroom, and a full and twin bunk bed in the fourth upstairs bedroom. The laundry is located in the basement and is equipped with a full washer and dryer. The backyard is completely fenced, perfect for kids and pets, with a brand-new deck and fire pit.

If you want to "work from home," we've got you covered there too with our high-speed 300 MBps internet. Or completely disconnect by having a coffee, cocktail or ice cold cerveza on our private deck.

Sure, eating at Chattanooga's best restaurants is fun. But sometimes we all need a nice home-cooked meal, right? That's why our kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you'll need to cook you and your family a nice dinner.

While we don't offer cable, the 50" 4K Smart LED TV in the living room is equipped with a Roku for watching all your guilty pleasures. So, feel free to BYOL (bring your own login) and log in to any service you're subscribed to.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO CONSIDER BEFORE BOOKING:

1) Sleeping: The home has a king size bed in the first downstairs bedroom, queen in the second downstairs bedroom, queen in the third upstairs bedroom, and a full and twin bunk bed in the forth upstairs bedroom.
2) 1 flight of stairs with a handrail that leads to the upstairs bedrooms and game room and 1 flight of stairs with a handrail that leads to the laundry in the basement.
3) Smoke free property
4) No parties

*In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the home is equipped with two exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, there are no cameras on the inside.

There is a pet fee of $75. Maximum of two pets. All pets must be crated if you leave them in the house unattended. We ask that they do not go on the furniture. Please clean up after your pet in the fenced in backyard. Please keep on a leash when walking in front yard.

Stayed for a convention held downtown. Nice place to stay. It’s on a main road so a little noisy but nice location. Easy to get downtown. Small wal mart less than a mile away makes it nice if you need anything

Over night stay
My family traveled through for a one night stay and we enjoyed the space. Plenty of room for our Lab and 3 kids and grandparents to run around. A 2 minute car ride to Walmart and close for delivery. The street noise didn't bother us. I actually enjoyed sipping the coffee they left for us (thank you) and watching the cars drive by while the sun rose. Not a lot of traffic noise. I work nights so I had plenty of light but dark enough for everyone else sleeping. Lots of open space and rooms. Great stop for SWFL to Ohio trip and easy to get to.

The house was like in the pics. Had a small issue with some house keeping but the owners made it right and were very good on communication. This home had lots of great little accommodations that made it very nice. Only down fall was loud vehicles passing by early in the mornings. Which can’t be helped.

Awesome place!
We have family in Chattanooga and stopped for two nights to have family Thanksgiving. We were traveling with our two dogs. The house was absolutely perfect! We had everything we needed for our dogs, particularly the nice big fenced in backyard. And plenty of room for our family members to enjoy Thanksgiving dinner together. I would highly recommend this property to anybody staying in Chattanooga. We will definitelythat.

You know how people say things like, "Would definitely stay here again?" Well... I wrote that in my review last year - and I stayed here again! If that's not a testament to how I feel about this property, then I'm not sure what else to write. Seriously, though, this house is perfect for what we needed it for, and it's a real gem. Clean, convenient, spacious, well-equipped.

Great Clean Place close to everything
I stayed in this home with my wife and my daughter and her husband and six month old grandchild. I highly recommend staying at Ashland Terrace. The home is well equipped. It is excellently maintained. And the owners are wonderful to work with. It is also impeccably clean. The only drawback, and I only mentioned it to make you stay more enjoyable is be aware that there is traffic noise they have provided noise machines to help. I found that sleeping with earplugs seem to help. On another note, I’m the only one that was bothered. Everyone else in the family Said it was not an issue after the first night. I Highly recommend staying in this home. You’re right in between Hixson Boulevard and Dayton Boulevard. Both of those streets will give you access to anything you need in Chattanooga. There is a very nice convenience store right across the street if you want to pick up anything, sodas, snacks, or bottled water. There is also Walmart, grocery store less than a mile away for your convenience

Perfect for our needs
Came in for IM 70.3 Chattanooga. The house is immaculate, stylish, well-equipped, comfortable, and convenient. I was initially a little concerned about potential noise from the road but my concerns were needless. The location made is easy to get to and from Ross’s landing and the owners are very responsive. I would definitely recommend this property.

Excellent spot for a weekend stay
This had everything that my friends and I needed for a weekend camp for Ironman training. Plenty of room in the basement to store equipment, and several rooms to bring in an entire crew. Nice backyard patio to relax after a long days work. The hosts were also very responsive to any inquiries! Would definitely recommend, especially to folks looking to compete at Ironman Chattanooga.

A few days in Chattanooga
The house was just as described - perfect for a family. It was super clean and had plenty of space. The pool table and Xbox provided great entertainment options for our boys. The location was very convenient and we didn’t notice any noise from the road. Marc and Beverly were extremely responsive - we had a small question on check in and he got right back to us via text. Really appreciate the attentiveness. We would stay here again.
