After staying in numerous rentals over the years, we realized the things that we would like to have to enhance our own stay and designed our space with that in mind. Our goal is to provide guests with the most enjoyable experience possible. Cleanliness is of the utmost importance to us, and we want to provide our guests with a memorable experience.

The home has a king-size bed in the first downstairs bedroom, a queen in the second downstairs bedroom, a queen in the third upstairs bedroom, and a full and twin bunk bed in the fourth upstairs bedroom. The laundry is located in the basement and is equipped with a full washer and dryer. The backyard is completely fenced, perfect for kids and pets, with a brand-new deck and fire pit.

If you want to "work from home," we've got you covered there too with our high-speed 300 MBps internet. Or completely disconnect by having a coffee, cocktail or ice cold cerveza on our private deck.

Sure, eating at Chattanooga's best restaurants is fun. But sometimes we all need a nice home-cooked meal, right? That's why our kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you'll need to cook you and your family a nice dinner.

While we don't offer cable, the 50" 4K Smart LED TV in the living room is equipped with a Roku for watching all your guilty pleasures. So, feel free to BYOL (bring your own login) and log in to any service you're subscribed to.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO CONSIDER BEFORE BOOKING:

1) Sleeping: The home has a king size bed in the first downstairs bedroom, queen in the second downstairs bedroom, queen in the third upstairs bedroom, and a full and twin bunk bed in the forth upstairs bedroom.
2) 1 flight of stairs with a handrail that leads to the upstairs bedrooms and game room and 1 flight of stairs with a handrail that leads to the laundry in the basement.

*In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the home is equipped with two exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, there are no cameras on the inside.

Keyless entry to the front door via a smart lock and personalized code. You will have access to the entire home and yard to enjoy. Plenty of parking on premise.

We are pet friendly! If you will be bringing a pet, please let us know when booking and please read our pet rules prior to booking with us. Remember: Please get all pets pre-approved. Limit two pets per booking.

Pet Policy:
There is a pet fee of $75. Maximum of two pets. All pets must be crated if you leave them in the house unattended. We ask that they do not go on the furniture. Please clean up after your pet in the fenced in backyard. Please keep on a leash when walking in front yard.
