We had to contact this hotel 4 times to finally get an early check-in. We were coming in for a funeral. None of those we spoke with were polite but seemed bored and disinterested. Check-in itself was extremely slow and the clerk even said to us that she was having issues with the “new computer system”. I left a note for the housekeeping crew noting the cobweb which had been there so long there was dust on it. Our room was next to the ice machine….no other comment needed. The location was what worked for us. We had another family member staying at this hotel too. He was not made aware of the $50 room charge for “incidentals”. He’s an Hilton Honors member…but I guess that didn’t make it in to the “new computer system”.
