„Die Lage der Angel Rock Cottages ist wunderschön, das Personal ist zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Cottage war sehr bequem und sauber. Für den Internetzugang gibt es einen Punkt Abzug, da die Verbindung meist nur wenige Minuten hielt.“

„We had a great time. The property was well equipped. There were 7 of us & we had plenty of room. The bedrooms were very comfortable. There weren't closets in all the bedrooms but there were hooks . The one downside was the entrance to the property. It was 2 long sets of stone steps with no railing. It was quite difficult to get up and down the steps.“

„Spent a few days at Pillar Point cottage with my wife. The place was perfect! Beautiful cottage inside and out. Couldn’t get any closer to the lake. Private deck for cooking and relaxing. Picnic table to sit at and enjoy beautiful sunsets. The hosts were very nice and a pleasure to talk to. They were very informative. Giving us alternate places to launch our boat in the area. „We loved the opportunity to sit and look at the great lake, dine in the dining room, overlooking the great lake, with a comfortable bed and air conditioners. We appreciated our friendly owners and the wonderful opportunity to explore the nearby towns and have lunch and dinner out. The kitchen is small but serviceable a few items. We were a bit confused by or didn’t seem to exist such as a DVD player, outdoor shower wasn’t hooked up yet. We would happily go back for more R&R!“

„Nice place. Very clean. Has everything you need. Owner was easily accessible. It's right on the water. Not far from 1000 Islands area. Beautiful views from property and inside cabin. The only negative I would say is the water has an odor to it. Water is pumped into the cabin from the lake. Owner was upfront about bringing bottled water, which I did. So it wasn't an issue for me but might be for others. There is a gas fire pit, but no campfires are allowed. This is in the rental ...

„Best way to describe this cozy little place. We've stayed before & will book, again, next time we travel to Clayton. In fact, we won't travel to Clayton unless we can stay here. It's completely charming, close to the Boat Museum, an easy walk to the central shopping/eating area, and a long stone's throw to The River. Communication with the landlady is easy & thorough. Parking is a breeze. All photos posted are accurate & true. It's a charmer!“

„Everything about the house was amazing! We don’t own a boat so the owners provided us with a few local options, we chose Wagoner’s Marina. It was was easy to get to and the process there was smooth. Parked our car, loaded the boat and headed out to the island. The ride was about 5 minutes and easy to navigate. On arrival the owner greeted us and took our luggage right back to the house for us. „We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is a very nice place, and well-appointed - spice rack was appreciated! We stayed away from the main town on purpose - this location is very quiet and we loved relaxing on the porch. But it is very close to the town, restaurants and attractions- very short drive. Johnny, the property manager, was great. Excellent communication exchanges and available for any questions. Definitely recommend!“
