Grandview # 616 -This luxury condo is a beautifully appointed, ground floor waterfront condo. Savor a cup of morning coffee or an evening beverage from your private patio/balcony while you take in the views of the pristine water and surrounding mountains.

Enjoy a king bed in the private bedroom, a full bath, full kitchen with breakfast bar, indoor and outdoor dining, and Murphy bed in the spacious living room.
 
The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer. This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street. The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long getaways, and event lodging. Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake!

Pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open early May to early October, but dates may vary based on weather.

Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

Cute condo, great location
Overall, we definitely enjoyed out stay. I will say, that the listing advertises a breakfast bar, and dining inside and out. However, there are no stools at the breakfast bar, and there isn't a table for dining inside. Since we went in November, it was a bit too chilly to eat every meal outside. Perhaps at least some TV trays would have been helpful. And they mean it when they provide salt and pepper. If you want a basic seasoning, plan to bring your own Johnny's. Also, there were a lot of leaves being blown around outside, which of course is fine, but there wasn't a broom in the condo. So, we did have a good amount of leaves that were tracked in during our stay. We did have some issues with the dryer starting and had to reset the fuse box a few times during our stay. But overall, the couch was comfy, bed was comfy, kitchen functional.... and it's cute. Great location, and any issues would likely be non-issues during the warmer months.

5 stars all the way. This room is very comfortable and access to everything downtown Chelan. The Pool was great and what a bonus having a Bar there too. Not alot of kids and perfect time of the year to go. I will be back for sure.

Broken slide- cold hot tub.
The pool was cold and so was the hot tub. The slide was broken the entire time we were there. Very disappointing. Front desk acted annoyed when I asked about it. Room was great.

We had an awesome experience with the room everything worked well with no faculties. The location was great with it being right next to the bridge and having a trail next to it. The spa was really fun with the mini water fall. Overall we had a great experience, with the hotel staff helping us out a lot.

We stayed here for the first time in 2022 but at that time we had a room on the 2nd floor. We returned because we really enjoyed our stay here. This year (2023) was even more perfect. This was by far my favorite room because it was perfectly located on the bottom floor. We barely used the pool because the lake was just feet away from our room. The pool was at perfect temperature when we did use it and staff were super friendly. Room was very clean. Loved the full kitchen because we like to cook our own meals to save money. You will not be disappointed by choosing this location. We will definitely be returning in the near future.

Perfect Place to spend a birthday
The wineries, weather and stay all made an overall excellent experience. The stay was comfortable for myself and a couple and their baby as well. We all had plenty of room and did not feel as though we were climbing all over each other. the staff were kind and accommodating if anything came up.

Great place but not very child friendly!
Great location and room but for a different group then ours..ideal for young adults or a family with older kids. It seemed to be more of a party type vibe, lots of party groups drinking with loud music. And it was quit stressful with the sliding door from our room and the ledge right outside it going into the lake. If it were a sandy beach, I’d have loved the lake access but the ledge was stressful and more for adults and teens. I guess I should have got a room on a higher floor.

Great location, nicely upgraded condo
This was our first trip to Chelan. The overall property itself is a bit dated, but this particular condo has been fairly recently upgraded and feels very clean and modern. The location has a great view, and is a bit more tucked away from the more frenzied pool area, so very quiet and enjoyable. The property’s front desk was very responsive to address an issue with our washer and dryer that weren’t working. We’d definitely stay here again.

The room was very clean, had a good selection of amenities. The master bedroom mattress is a little soft but the murphy bed mattress is firm! Overally very pleased with our stay and the room. The new upgrades were verybnicelybdone and we would absolutely stay in this room again!

Disappointed
The property and buildings look old and the breezeways are old and dark. The unit was nice but basic. It was uncomfortable warm during the night even with the ac on. Most disappointing was the fact the hot tub. It closed two hours earlier than advertised the first night then it was cold the next two days.
