„I spent 3 October nights with my family including two kids, age 11 and 14. The leaves were beautiful and it was a very peaceful stay. We ate most meals in the house which had everything we needed in the kitchen. Bedrooms were comfortable. Great access to the lake where we were able to enjoy the northern lights. Cute enclosed porch where I could enjoy my morning coffee or a glass of wine at night. Would definitely stay again. “

The host goes out of their way for renters to have a great experience providing basic needs that others almost never provide. The communication with the host was great as they responded to every message in a timely manner. We hope to rent again in the future.“

„What a great cabin! We had a great time, it was the end of February and cold and the cabin was nice and cozy warm. Very well appointed, anything and everything you would ever need is in the kitchen. We did get to walk on a frozen Lake Erie and took many pictures. We were in the area to see our kids and grandkids and this was the perfect getaway from their everyday craziness. „This is a very cool property rich in history with an awesome view directly on Lake Erie. We stayed an entire month & it was very accommodating for long term stays. We stayed in the large 2 bedroom apartment upstairs. There is also a smaller 1 bedroom apartment upstairs which we saw and was very cool as well. „Have stayed in many rentals and this kitchen was the best stocked have seen! Would work perfectly when you can be outdoors, but tight for the number of beds when it is too cold to be outside - just how it is in the historical lake houses. Owners are phenomenal, very responsive and thoughtful!“
