Genießen Sie dieses kürzlich renovierte, geräumige, ältere Haus mit geräumigen Zimmern und zahlreichen Parkplätzen abseits der Straße. Bewegen Sie sich vom Innenkomfort auf die unterhaltsame Außenterrasse mit Pavillon, Grill, ganzjährig geöffneten Außenfeuerstellen und Terrassentisch / -stühlen. Jedes Detail wurde für Ihren Komfort gedacht.

Das Interieur bietet eine klassische Mischung aus Möbeln und Dekor. Die Holzböden sind in beiden Ebenen, die Wärme und Gemütlichkeit ausstrahlen. Die moderne Küche und die separate Bartresen im Wohnbereich tragen zum Charme dieses kleinen Stadthauses bei.

In North Chesapeake City, nur wenige Gehminuten vom C & D-Kanal, dem neuen malerischen Kanalpfad zum Radfahren / Wandern und dem weltberühmten Schäfer's Canal House Restaurant entfernt, genießen Sie die Ruhe und die Sonnenuntergänge der Kleinstadt über dem Kanal. Nach einer kurzen Fahrt über die Brücke oder einer Fahrt mit der Fähre im Sommer können Sie das historische Viertel von South Chesapeake City erkunden. Best house ever.
Great house. The decor was amazing. The location was close to the docks. I bought extra towels/sheets just in case which was not necessary. I am glad that we found this house. We ate pizza at Chesapeake Pizzaria which was very good. However, our dinner at Schaefer's was very disappointing. Overall, you won't be disappointed in choosing this house. Thanks Toni.

This property was spotless everything you could need was within reach. Just Bring you suitcase and a few Drinks and groceries. The grill was ready to be used and frozen glasses for your favorite beverage. Don’t feel like going out large Back yard supplied with wood for the fire pit! Plenty of parking. Every inch of this property was decorated beautifully. If you plan on boat tours plan ahead they book fast and if you’re heading across to the other side of canal water taxi schedule isn’t very reliable! Other than that was fun weekend! Thank you.

Property is beautifully maintained, it's clear the host cares about the house, making sure that guests have a good time, and about the local area. The house came with a full kitchen, which was great because my group gets together specifically to make food together. There's things the house has available that we didn't use but it was nice that it was there; bikes, fire pit, well stocked coffee and tea station, a set up for s'mores, etc. They had stocked some snacks and a few drinks. I loved the wine fridge. The grill was very nice to get to use. They also have plenty of soaps, body washes, shampoo, conditioner, etc to use if you need it. There's extra towels and linens available. I brought my two corgis, they're well trained little monsters, and there was a dog bed and two new dog toys waiting for them when we got there. They loved getting to run around in the yard, though we did keep them on long leads so they wouldn't run out of the driveway. There's a cute guest book you can sign and see notes from previous visitors. They had a binder for guest check in/out info, as well as info about the property, things to see and do around town that ranged from food to shops to history and sightseeing. We did have one minor issue pop up during our stay but the hosts were very communicative and got it fixed as soon as they could. The house is right on a road, but traffic and noise weren't an issue. Had meals outside and was unbothered by cars going by. All in all very lovely.

Amazing house and stay!
This house was perfect for my sister’s wedding at Chesapeake Inn. It was so close to everything and the owners took care of every detail and the amenities; shampoo, conditioner, snacks, candy, make up wipes, soap, etc. the groomsmen and groom got ready at the house and it was perfect. We had 5 adults and 2 kids and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. They also let us check in at 2:00, which was so helpful!

The owners thought of everything in this house
My wife and I stayed here in June 2024, and my parents even came down for a night, and we were all very impressed with the house. First of all, the place was totally spotless when we arrived. Everything was so clean. Second, everything is so modern in the house, from the TVs to the electrical outlets with USB ports. Third, there was so much room for everything. My wife and I travel often and rent homes yearly and one of our biggest complaints is not having enough room to store your clothes and food that you bring with you. In this house there was plenty of storage space for everything we brought along. The long buffet table outside of the kitchen was perfect, and I have never seen this in a rental. The bed in the main bedroom on the first floor was so comfortable that I did not want to roll out of bed every morning. And as the title says, the owners thought of everything. They have all the TVs marked, they have everything possible that you could need in the kitchen, they even had an outdoor radio, though we did not use that. Even the main bathroom, which was huge, had the large wall mirror and then a separate smaller mirror attached to the wall with an extendable arm in case you wanted to use that. Last, they left candy, snacks, mints, and other things around the house for you. My wife and I were deeply impressed with the thought that went into the house and how cozy it was and are sorry that we had to leave. I really hope we can come back down the road.

This home was so welcoming. We came for a wedding & it accommodated us perfectly. Lots of coffee, iced down mugs, ice in the freezer, candies on the night stands & a tray to make smores if we wanted. Perfect getaway in Chesapeake City!
My husband and I stayed in Toni & Fred’s home from Thursday to Sunday while celebrating our wedding at the Chesapeake Inn on Friday! The home is absolutely beautiful and has everything you could think of to be just as comfortable as your own home! It even has a deep, jetted tub with a TV above it! My husband got ready for our wedding on Friday with his groomsmen and the photographer took stunning pictures of him getting ready! Toni & Fred even left a dog bed and toys for our dog. We will be back every year and are so grateful we found such a perfect place to stay! Thank you so much!

Truly immaculate home with EVERYTHING you will need during your stay. All a guest would need to bring is a change of clothes...heck, there's probably some of those there too; we didn't have a chance to look! These are some top-rated guests for a reason: they earned it! The home was flawless, the location was flawless, the check-in process was flawless, and most importantly, the hosts were super duper!
