Die Villa liegt 3 km von der Stadt Chianciano Terme entfernt, einem der beliebtesten ThermalbĂ€der Italiens, zwischen den HĂŒgeln, die Val d'Orcia und Valdichiana trennen. Wenn Sie sich fĂŒr WeingĂŒter und Weinproben interessieren, gibt es zwei davon in Gehweite vom Anwesen, 3 weitere in 10 Autominuten Entfernung und viele andere im nahegelegenen Montepulciano und Montalcino. Zum Wandern gibt es einige schöne Wege, die direkt vom Anwesen ausgehen, und verschiedene in den HĂŒgeln in der NĂ€he von Chianciano Terme (3 km entfernt). Das gesamte Anwesen ist fĂŒr Ihre private Nutzung und wird nicht mit anderen Personen geteilt. Die Villa (geschmackvoll eingerichtet) hat 2 Stockwerke mit unabhĂ€ngigen, aber miteinander verbundenen EingĂ€ngen (es gibt sowohl Innen- als auch Außentreppen), sodass sie auch fĂŒr 2 Familien geeignet ist, die zusammen Urlaub machen, aber gleichzeitig etwas PrivatsphĂ€re haben möchten. Jedes Stockwerk hat 2 Schlafzimmer, KĂŒche oder Kochnische, Ess-/Wohnzimmer, Terrasse mit Panoramablick. Das erste Stockwerk hat ein Zimmer mit KĂŒche und Doppelschlafcouch, dieses Zimmer kann auch als 5. Schlafzimmer genutzt werden. Das Erdgeschoss hat ein Badezimmer, der erste Stock zwei. Alle Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Auf beiden Etagen ist WLAN-Internetverbindung verfĂŒgbar. Es stehen 2 Babybetten und 1 Hochstuhl zur VerfĂŒgung (auf Anfrage kann problemlos ein zweiter bereitgestellt werden). Das Anwesen verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen großen privaten Garten mit einem 12x5-Pool (1,20 bis 1,70 Meter tief). Der Poolbereich ist komplett eingezĂ€unt, sodass das Anwesen fĂŒr Familien mit Babys/Kleinkindern geeignet ist. Es gibt ein erstes Tor und einen Zaun in der NĂ€he der Villa am Anfang der Treppe zum Poolbereich und ein zweites direkt vor dem Poolbereich. Es gibt Tische und StĂŒhle, um im Freien in der NĂ€he der Villa zu essen, und es steht auch ein Grill zur VerfĂŒgung. Alle notwendigen GeschĂ€fte gibt es in der Stadt Chianciano Terme, das nĂ€chste Restaurant/Pizzeria (Il Casale) liegt 1 km von der Villa entfernt. Weitere Restaurants gibt es in der Stadt selbst. In Chianciano Terme gibt es SupermĂ€rkte (der grĂ¶ĂŸte ist der Coop), BĂ€ckereien, Metzgereien, Bars und viele andere GeschĂ€fte/Restaurants. In der NĂ€he des Coop-Supermarkts (Il Buco) gibt es ein gutes Restaurant. Der Wochenmarkt ist mittwochs. Tennisplatz 4 km, Reiten 7 km, Golfclub 30 km. Es ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die Toskana und Umbrien zu erkunden. Von der Unterkunft aus sind Sie in nur 15 Autominuten auf der Autobahn Rom-Florenz. Es gibt einen Bahnhof in Chiusi (13 km entfernt), in etwa 1 Stunde und 40 Minuten sind Sie in Rom oder Florenz.

Tolles Haus

Wir durften 2 Wochen in diesem tollen Ferienhaus Urlaub machen. Tolle Lage auf einem Berg mit atemberaubenden Blick ĂŒber die Landschaft, schöner großer Pool und ausreichend Platz. Der Kontakt zum Betreiber war top - jederzeit wieder !!

Das Haus hat eine super Lage, ist abgelegen und trotzdem in der NĂ€he eines Supermarkts. Die Außenanlagen mit Pool und Terrasse hat viele Möglichkeiten eröffnet. Die KĂŒchenausstattung war zufriedenstellend. Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Great Villa with superb view and large pool

We spend one week with two families in this villa. It was straight perfect. The location is close enough to the next town with good dinner options (Il Buco, make sure to reserve) and still very quiet so you feel like you cannot disturb anyone. The owner Raffaele was great. It was the much mentioned „come as guests, leave as friends“ feeling, even though they are only on the property once a day to check the pool. Raffaele and his son gave great tips for sightseeing and his son and his wife even cooked one evening an amazing dinner for us. Make sure you ask for a tour of one of the vinkards just accross the street. We went to the one that is a bit further away (maybe a 10 minute walk) and both the wine and the service was great. The inside was as described. It is not mentioned in the profile, but all four bedrooms have a AC, not only the first floor bedrooms. The setup with two seperatable apartments worked perfect for us as two families of four each, because even though we e.g. only used one kitchen it still gave some distance between the families to e.g. each have enough room to leave their stuff lying around. And still the downstairs kitchen and also indoor table easily fits 8-10 people. We were very happy to have found this gem. Thank you Raffaele and your Family!

Schönes Haus in der Natur

Das Haus ist umgeben von Feldern und dennoch nah am Ort (mit dem Auto 10 Minuten). Es gibt keine Nachbarn, die man stören kann. Das Haus war sauber und schön aufgeteilt. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Guido’s home in Tuscany is great! My family had an awesome time enjoying the pool, the near by wineries and a cooking class at the villa. The house is rustic, charming and in a great location. The beds are a bit old and the showers were a little small but overall the house fit all the needs of my family. The pool was also excellent and the views from the pool area are incredible. Whenever we needed anything it was always answered quickly. Thanks for an awesome stay!

3 generations of us stayed in this lovely tuscan villa. We had everything we needed. The host was fantastic. His son ( a chef) gave us a cookery lesson and a typical tuscan meal. The pool was very appreciated. Its been a fantastic break in a house that could accommodate all 9 of us but still allow us to have space. Thankyou

What a great location: very private, but very close to stores/etc. The pool is gorgeous. And I have never been at a place better equipped for glassware, dishes. Really appreciated the help (the horseback riding; the bikes). And the cooking class was really fantastic.

Would not come back

Photos are very stylized. Makes the house look very bright and light. It is not. The house is dark. All the bedrooms are dark. When we arrived there was mould on all the showerheads and the washing machine. Towels were very old. The showers are ridiculously small and and a slight knock opened the door and water flooded out. Had a dishwasher but no soaps provided. Went to have a glass of wine and the first 3 glasses I pulled were dirty with lipstick stains. The outside pool area was a shambles. The fake grass carpet was lifted up everywhere, all the chairs were either upside down or flipped on their sides. No outdoor furniture was clean or ready to use. I had to wipe down the table and chairs myself so we could use them. It's a quiet area, but we found the house lacking in most areas, especially for the prices being charged and would never consider returning. Whoever posted the images representing the inside as having lots of natural light is falsely representing the property. Stayz should ask them to re-photograph with realistic images of the inside.

Rural Area But Beautiful Setting

Our group of six (3 couples) spent three nights at this villa and enjoyed our stay. While it’s in a fairly rural area with extremely bumpy roads, the views from the pool are beautiful and the villa is in good shape. We also found some nice restaurants that were no more than 10 minutes away by car. One day we went on an e-bike tour guided by Andrea with Pastrimotors which was both fun and challenging given the hilly terrain. If you’re interested in visiting Montalcino, it’s about an hours drive.

Rustic Charm

An authentic home with lots of charm. The location was beautiful and was nice to have the pool. The beds were comfortable and lots of rooms. Very clean. The location is good; not far from the town and the Co-op grocery store to get extras; more tp, paper towels and coffee. We had a wonderful time!

Relaxing Tuscan Villa

Such a calm, relaxing place to stay. The villa has lots of room, a nice big kitchen on both floors, and a beautiful pool. The host provided prosecco, wine and sparkling water for us, which was lovely. The highlight of our stay was the cooking class provided by Leonardo. So much fun and lots of food! We had leftovers for the next day. The listing mentions the bbq, however it hadn’t been cleaned, so we couldn’t make use of it- this was our only disappointment. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here very much.

A Lovely Villa in a Great Location

A really good property in a fantastic location - the vineyard opposite the end of the drive is brilliant! Stunning countryside and very convenient for towns such as Chinciano and Montepulciano. Great pool meticulously maintained every day by the owner (don't expect an early morning swim!) The villa is a little "tired" in places - one of the handrails to the pool area was treacherous, for example, and the cutlery/crockery/glassware could be improved. Mosquitoes were a menace but you can't blame the host for them! There could be more information to hand - we wanted to watch the start of the Rugby World Cup on our final night but there was no way to make the TV work and it was late in the evening to contact our host. We had Leo, the owner's son, to cook a meal one night. It was absolutely delicious but a little pricy compared with what we paid at local restaurants. Overall, a brilliant holiday and, despite my small quibbles, I would recommend this property.

Stunning views

Loved our stay .Beautiful location with stunning views over the lush countryside. Couldn't have wished for a better stay . Did have a problem with mosquitos , so plenty of repellent needed. One of the rooms was advertised as a twin but was in fact a double , but Rafael quickly provided bedding for the sofa bed . Location perfect to get about and visit places ... Montepulciano gorgeous place to visit as was Sienna. Local vineyard poggio del Moro was well worth a visit to taste the gorgeous red wines and see the stunning views. Villa perfect to chill and relax , really good size pool 👍and lovely sitting area with barbecue. Would definitely recommend and would 100% return if we visited Tuscany again.

One of the best stays ever.....

We had 8 people, 4 sisters and our adult daughters. The Villa was big enough to easily accommodate us. It was the perfect location to stay while venturing out to all the cities and towns that we wanted to see. The train to Florence was only 15 minutes away and it was a quick 1.5 hours to the most beautiful city in the world. The host, Raffaelle, is on property a lot. At first it was awkward, but he is the nicest man and so sweet, that it worked out just fine. There is no instruction manual in the Villa, so we had to reach out to Raffaelle everyday with questions. Where to take trash? How to run the washing machine? How to use the oven? But he QUICKLY responded and took care of us. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, the showers hot and the Host was welcoming! Note....you only get one towel per person for the whole stay. I would absolutely stay there again! It was charming, magical and perfect!

Wonderful Stay

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The host was very helpful, kind and ensured a wonderful experience. The location was perfect for rest and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle and provided for easy day trips to Montalcino, Montepulciano, Assis, etc. . Chianciano Terme is just a short drive away for grocery shopping. We'd highly recommend scheduling a cooking class as well. We had delicious leftovers for several days. Superbe séjour dans la province de Sienne

Fantastic Tuscany Base

We stayed in Guido's villa last week and had a great time. We do a villa holiday every year as a big group of (8) friends and this one was one of the best - and certainly had the best pool which we made much use of. We enjoyed being able to have a tour of a local vineyard at Poggio del Moro and visit places like Montepulciano in the evenings. Rosso Vivo Pizzeria Verace was also a great more local pizzeria. Guido and Raf were very responsive on the vrbo chat and were great with our later-than-planned check in. Thanks :)

tuscany in a nutshell!

We were very happy about our stay at the house. It's super cute and so authentic. We definitelly got the vibe of Tuscany! Location is perfect. We were looking for a place to rest and the fact that there are no neighbors right next to you is amazing. The only problem we had was the heat wave so it would be great if the AC unit upstairs were working better. Other than that everything was great! It's a beautiful, authentic house located in a small village, peacefull and quiet. The owner is super nice. He comes to clean the pool every morning. His son is an amazing chef and cooked for us an amazing dinner once. We also got some fresh vegetables from his garden. That is such a uniqe experience! The vineayrd nearby, 5 minutes walking distance is definitelly worth the visit! Amazing wine and great family experience, so welcoming!

Lovely Country Home

We had a near-perfect stay at the villa with days full of sunshine, swimming in the pool, and exploring nearby towns. The house is very comfortable and immaculately kept with a well-stocked kitchen that enabled us to cook most of our meals at home. We loved cooking with Leonardo, the owner's son, so much that we asked him to do two cooking classes with us at the house. We slept well every night and would return to this property in a heartbeat! The only slight negatives were that there isn't a handbook for the house so it's a bit unclear on what to do with garbage, how to open the gate to leave the property, wifi access, etc. The owner was very responsive, so we received the information quickly, but it would be nicer to not have to ask each time. Also, the owner is at the property every day, watering plants, caring for the land, etc. so it was not as private as we expected when booking. Even with those slight issues, we would stay here again and highly recommend the home and location!
