We find our guests prefer to use Uber, which is a very convenient and cheap way to get around the city.

The maintenance staff may need to access our apartment as required by building management. We will always do our best to provide advanced notice if access is required.
Pool maintenance and hours are at the building management's discretion and beyond our control.
Early check-in: Please let us know if you plan a different arrival time. We can often accommodate early arrivals or late departures. The fee is $149 per service.
Parking: This place does not have a parking spot. If you would like to reserve a parking spot in advance, we recommend using SpotHero or Parking. com and the address 1349 S. Michigan Ave. The nearest garages are Rush Garage on 1411 S Michigan Ave and Sky 55 on 1255 S Michigan Ave.

Occasionally, noise disruptions from these sources or other external factors may occur and are beyond our control. Additionally, water shut-offs for maintenance or unexpected repairs, as well as unannounced elevator maintenance, may occur. Please understand that we cannot provide refunds or compensation solely due to these issues which are beyond our control.
