Beautifully designed in the heart of Wrigley. Steps away from Wrigley Field, bars, restaurants and shops! This modern oasis comes with TWO tandem parking spaces! This unit is epic. Enjoy Wrigley in style! Please note: this unit is immediately next to the Brown train line. It can be heard but it is not disruptive or an inconvenience. We just want to make sure people are aware before booking.

As Lakeview became an industrialized epicenter and Wrigley Field welcomed fans from all over the city, Wrigleyville has grown into a flourishing microneighborhood on Chicago’s eastern border. The area has plenty to offer new transplants, longtime residents, and tourists with its vibrant nightlife, historic buildings, and sports-related entertainment.

Surrounding Wrigley Field is a wealth of sports bars and eateries, perfect for game day or a casual day out. The Cubby Bear, founded in 1953, is one of the neighborhood’s premier spots for pregaming and enjoying live music. The bar has been around for some of the Chicago Cub’s most iconic victories, making it the perfect accompaniment for Wrigley Field’s enthusiastic fans.

Though this northside community is named after its baseball field, Wrigleyville is packed with venues, nightlife, and outdoor spaces, making it a beautiful place for all types of residents.

To the east is Chicago’s famous Lake Michigan, with miles of lakefront trails for running, leisurely strolling, and biking. Plenty of green spaces are adjacent to the lake, with many playgrounds and dog parks for all walks of life to enjoy.

The nightlife is also not exclusive to sports bars; Wrigleyville is known for having one of the Midwest’s oldest and most renowned house music clubs. Smartbar, next door to the music venue the Metro, has been open for over 40 years on Chicago’s notable Clark Street. Smartbar hosts house, dancehall, footwork, and techno DJs from around the world, while also creating space for the city’s eclectic local artists and entertainers.

Lining the surrounding blocks of Wrigleyville has some of Chicago’s quintessential, gorgeous architecture. Two blocks north of the stadium is Alta Vista Terrace, a collection of rowhouses inspired by London’s two flats. The neighborhood is also known for its uniquely designed fire station. More than a century old, the Chicago Fire Department’s Engine Company 78 is the only engine house with a baseball-themed interior, with its walls decorated with Chicago Cubs memorabilia.

Lakeview and Wrigleyville are two of the most prominent Chicago neighborhoods for their infinite amenities. With booming bars, beautiful architecture, and an iconic sports team, Wrigleyville is constantly inundated with new residents and eager tourists. If you haven’t visited the area yet, there’s still time this summer to grab a hot dog, catch a game, and enjoy all the sights this northside community has to offer.

Amazing stay!
This property was absolutely perfect for our needs. Walking distance to so many amazing places, including Wrigley Field. The host was very accommodating to a few additional requests I had made along with prompt response time. The kitchen was well stocked, which is always nice. I am so glad we were able to rent this place during our stay for the Winter Classic!

Wonderful Friends Weekend
Stayed from Thursday-Monday with a group of four: myself, my girlfriend (a local of the suburbs), and two friends from college that had never been to Chicago before. The unit was fantastic. Even roomier than the pictures make it seem, and in a great area for walking around Wrigleyville or even down to Lincoln Park and back if you’re feeling that active (and want to find some great sports bars along the way). The train does seem eerily close when looking out the window, and the noise is noticeable but far from a nuisance. Our friends from out of town are used to the complete silence of the open country and did struggle a bit the first night, but quickly got used to it. Overall a fantastic stay and great for a weekend of touristy exploring.

Very clean, well maintained and stocked. It is very close to the L. You can reach out and touch it, but you do get used to the sounds. The location and amenities far out way this. Property owner was quick to answer questions and check in and check out very easy. We will stay here again if we can.

Wrigleyville Stay
This second floor walk up was in a great location! We had a five minute walk to the Cubs game. This home was clean and comfortable. Bring your earplugs for sleeping since the train runs next to this home. I never heard the trains and slept well because I wore my earplugs. During our stay, we tried to wash a load of laundry but the drier wasn’t working properly. It was reported and should be fixed for the next guests stay. Be sure to ask if the situation is fixed if you think you’ll need to do any laundry. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay there again if ever in Chicago.

Two BR Wrigley Apartment with Parking
Rental was spotless and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable for 4 people. Nice, walkable neighborhood convenient to lots of stores, restaurants, attractions. The elevated train does run right next to the apartment, but the sound from that is not terrible. Two parking spaces is a huge bonus! We would stay here again.

Terrific apartment in a beautiful neighborhood. Easy walk to many restaurants, shops, and trains. Speaking of which — the train alongside the building was not disruptive! Surprisingly quiet at night even. We appreciated the extra effort made to provide ample supplies like paper goods, soaps, toiletries, and even coffee. Highly recommend!

The apartment is in a lovely neighborhood within short walks to Wrigley field, shops and a fun variety of restaurants! It has been newly updated and is very comfortable and has your basic necessities…may seem minor but it’s such a big deal for travelers! The train is literally right outside the windows but don’t let that scare you away from this property…at least personally we didn’t mind and we were able to sleep fine. It has two amenities that I find a lot of value in…parking and multiple bathrooms! You really won’t be disappointed.

Walking distance to Wriggly
Updated 2nd level walk up within walking distance to Wriggly. Nice property for our long weekend getaway to catch a Cubs game. The L runs along side the building but after the first day we didn’t really notice it even though we come from a rural area & use to the super quiet nights. The owner was supper responsive & helpful. Would definitely stay again if in town for catching a game!

Perfect Wrigley getaway
The apt is just like it’s photos, clean, comfortable and really great location. Close to the Clark/Addison action, but on a quiet street and the el passing didn’t bother us a bit. I would stay here again and highly recommend. William is quick to respond and the two parking spaces are a big bonus.

Perfect location for Wrigley area!
Within walking distance of Wrigley Field and multiple train stops. Also close to a bunch of really cool restaurants and bars, etc. It’s right under the train tracks but honestly the sound was really soothing, similar to thunder rumbling. Really cool location! Would totally stay here again!

We loved this apartment. We had no problems getting into the unit. You can walk and drive to many shops and restaurants. The two parking spaces were a god send. The apartment is beautiful and the train did not bother us at all. We will stay here again for sure!
