PETS
Pets are OKAY WITH FEE. Please make sure you indicate Pet when booking your reservation -- VRBO has an option for you to add a Pet. Fee is per pet and there is a limit TWO pets per stay. VRBO pet fee covers ONE dog up to 50 pounds, and an additional fee applies per 15 pounds above weight. Cats allowed however, non-declawed cats incur small additional fee and with the understanding that the Guest is responsible for any damages to furniture, drapes, and/or flooring. Pet fee is valid for up to 30 days. Additional pet fee required for longer stays. Vaccination records (current within 6 months prior to stay) showing weight is required to be submitted to Management prior to your arrival. Fee includes a small hypoallergenic cleaning fee from our third-party cleaning service. All area rugs are removed during pet stays to keep apartment hair-free for future guests.

Please note all bookings that begin on Saturdays and are 4 nights or less will incur a 35% additional surcharge NOT part of the booking. This charge will be assessed separately. There is no charge for bookings beginning on Thursdays or Fridays.

PARKING OPTION
SUPER EASY parking options. Street parking right on Paulina with permits (visitor permits require a purchase and must be requested at time of booking but they are not guaranteed until we send you a separate charge). FREE non-permit parking available along Bloomingdale Ave, Hermitage, Wood, Honore, Wolcott, Marshfield or Paulina (north of Cortland Street).
