Wunderschönes Strandhaus am Meer

Dieses atemberaubende Strandhaus am Meer, das auf dem Ferienmarkt 2019 ganz neu ist, wurde vollständig renoviert und ist ganz dem Thema Meer gewidmet.

Die Unterkunft bietet einen offenen Küchen- / Wohnbereich, der zu einem Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheiten führt. Alle befinden sich in der 1. Etage und bieten einen maximalen Blick über das Solent.

Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer und ein separates WC. c., wodurch das Anwesen ideal für Familien oder Paare ist. Die Lounge verfügt auch über ein Schlafsofa, das auf Anfrage für zusätzliche Gäste zur Verfügung steht.

Eines der Kingsize-Betten kann auf Anfrage in zwei Einzelbetten umgewandelt werden.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und Terrassentüren, die auf einen überdachten Bereich führen, der von Strandkieseln umgeben ist.

Ausgestattet mit luxuriöser Bettwäsche aus ägyptischer Baumwolle, luxuriösen Badetüchern, dem Nötigsten und einem Willkommenspaket. Das Anwesen verfügt über alle modernen Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie erwarten würden, einschließlich WLAN im gesamten Gebäude.

Es gibt eine Art Pavillon Fischerhütte, um Schutz vor Sonne oder Regen mit einem Gasgrill im Freien zu bieten.

Verfügbar für Aufenthalte am Wochenende (Freitag bis Montag) oder unter der Woche (Montag bis Freitag). Bei Aufenthalten ab 7 Nächten erhalten Sie einen Rabatt.

Für größere Gruppen gibt es eine zweite Unterkunft mit Platz für bis zu 4 Personen, Sea Esta. Ein weiterer Rabatt kann angeboten werden, wenn beide zusammen gebucht werden.

Wir betreiben auf dem Grundstück ein striktes Haustier- oder Rauchverbot, um eine angenehme Umgebung zu bieten. Die vollständige Anzahlung geht verloren, wenn diese Bedingung verletzt wird.

Ein kurzer Spaziergang zu den örtlichen Geschäften und ein noch kürzerer Spaziergang zum örtlichen Pub.

Die Promenade eignet sich hervorragend für Spaziergänge aller Art sowie für Spaziergänge mit dem Kinderwagen.

Das Anwesen verfügt über Parkplätze für zwei oder drei Autos, es gibt jedoch auch kostenlose Parkplätze auf der Straße.

Seaside selsey
The property is right on the edge of the beach and from the outside looks very bright clean and inviting. As soon as you open the front door you are greeted with a very fresh, clean and modern themed house. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable and a good size and the modern theme continues and it was nice to have 2 bathrooms plus an en-suite as there were 6 adults and 1four year old. Up stairs the living room has very comfortable sofas and fantastic views out to sea and balcony to relax on and take in the view. The kitchen are was very clean well kitted out and modern, the fresh loaf of bread that was left for was delicious and didn't last long lol must find the bakery next time. Overall it is a fantastic place and a great stay .We used it as a base for the Goodwood festival of speed but would not hesitate booking again for a holiday. Only one very small gripe from the wife no mirror in the bedroom for makeup but I can live with that ha ha. Well done Marie for creating such a lovely holiday destination. Thanks .Steve

Beware charged £500 for so called “damage” to towels and linen.
Beautiful views and directly opposite beach. Although advertised as suitable for 8, very pokey for so many people. Bannister came off the wall within 10 minutes of arrival when I brushed against it as I went up the stairs informed hosts immediately and was told they were away on holiday so couldn’t repair it. Imagine my shock when I was charged £500 for towels being damaged and linen and damage to wall……. Been on holidays for the last 15 years and never been charged.

Lovely property right on the sea front. Wonderful balcony views. Friendly locals. Lots to do locally. Hidden sandy beach close by. Grandson enjoyed crabbing and the sea and sandy beach at The Oval. Never holidayed in Selsey before but will definitely be going back. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay in this holiday property.

Lovely location, a few yards from the pebbly beach, near the Life Boat station and next door to pleasant pub. Well equipped kitchen, thoughtful seaside-themed decor and great balcony overlooking the Channel. We enjoyed outings to Arundel Castle, the Life Boat shop, mini-golf and local Jubilee celebrations.

Lovely holiday home
We enjoyed a fantastic long weekend in this beautiful, clean, well equipped holiday home in a great location near the lifeboat station. The hosts, Marie and Steve went over and above in accommodating us to ensure our stay was memorable. The house is beautifully designed with lots of attention to detail. The kitchen was well equipped and the lounge and bedrooms super comfortable. Little extras like milk, bread, butter and wine on arrival was well appreciated. Lots of family games and binoculars were provided to ensure there was never a dull moment. The view from the balcony was beautiful and we were fortunate to be able to see the lifeboat launched on two occasions over the weekend (luckily neither were serious incidents). Thank you - we hope to come back soon

Excellent holiday accommodation
From initial booking to check out, this was an excellent experience. The owners of the property were communicative, welcoming and helpful. The property is beautifully maintained, very clean and stylishly decorated. An excellent position on the seafront of East Beach afforded a welcome sea view, after a year of lockdown. I recommend 'Seaside' highly. It met our holiday requirements perfectly being close to the centre of Selsey and yet giving immediate access to the beach and The Lifeboat Pub (great for lunch). I have no adverse comments and look forward to visiting again😃

We had a wonderful long weekend in Selsey. Marie is a very helpful host, Lovely welcome pack and also making suggestions about where to eat. Good quality bedding and towels, as well as everything else. It was better quality than the photos. Comfortable bed. Interesting views watching people on the beach. This property is fantastic! Lovely inside and a stunning position with wonderful views. Very well kept and clean! Three children and my parents really enjoyed Selsey and staying next to the pub and beach was perfect for a holiday of not really doing much. Would definitely recommend and return.

Fully equipped modern property with fantastic location very close to the beach. So much thought has gone into this delightful property. From modern appliances (with instructions) to beautiful bedding and luxurious towels, welcome Prosecco and fridge items and spare toiletries. The balcony and outside seating areas are perfect if you’d like sun or shade. There’s even a couple of beach chairs. A great find with a pub right Nextdoor.

I've told everyone who asked "did you enjoy your holiday? The house was perfect. Its beautiful inside and so clean. Has everything you need. Much better in real life than it appears on the web site. Location was extremely quite and we stayed at the height of the season. Marie - the owner, could not have been more welcoming and proffessional too.
