"Sehr schön gelegene Unterkunft mit tollem Blick auf die Berge. Das Superior- Zimmer war sehr groß mit tollem riesigen Bett. Das Frühstücksbüffet war vielseitig und gut. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle freundlich und zuvorkommend. Parkplätze stehen ausreichend zur Verfügung."

"I’m quite disappointed with this hotel. I know the quality of Novotel chain and specifically this one needs an overhaul. From 3 lifts, only one worked. Toilet always full of water after a short shower, the AC making loud noise. Breakfast restaurant with loud background music, staff not in the mood. On the other hand, the maids however were always very nice and preoccupied for delivering a very clean room. Location is good, 10 minutes from the subway station. My whole experience was not really the best one, unfortunately. "

"Hotel was in a neat condition and the restaurant housekeeping personnel very kind and service-oriented. Location is close to the airport and central station, however the surroundings are not the best with large crowds, frequent noise and traffic."
