3 bedroom, 2 bath, Tropical beach themed town house.
Located on a half acre, this getaway offers a lovely countryside view while providing a central location that’s a seashells throw from historic downtown chillicothe shopping and famous murals.
There is also a tandem beach cruiser bike available upon request for our guests.
Equipped to sleep 8, including a portable baby crib.
This beach away from the beach, town house is set up for anything from a couples getaway to family reunion retreat.
The space
3 bedrooms that include,
Master bedroom with king bed and walk in closet.
Bedroom with queen bed, closet, and extra floor space with a lovely window view.
Bedroom with king size bed, private workspace desk and scenic window view.
Living room downstairs set up for unplugging and relaxing, screen free. Couch folds out into a full sized bed that can sleep up to two.
Full kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave, fridge and oven.

Guest access
Garage is not accessible to guests. But driveway can comfortably fit two cars with a possible third smaller vehicle.
Other things to note
For guests who choose not to completely “unplug,” we do provide a TV and Blu Ray DVD player if you want to view your own movies or watch a DVD from one of 2 Redbox locations in town. (No cable or satellite TV)
