„I worked at the hotel in high school, back when Lombardi’s was Christie’s, and I greatly enjoyed my stay for the most part - the service at Lombardi’s was exquisite. But I have to say, the younger members of the front desk staff left me bewildered several times by their rudeness and complete lack of Hilton-level service. I hope they eventually learn the basics of customer service from their elder colleagues. “

Nice hotel by the mall and close to the Interstate

"3 Star hotel located by the fox river mall (walking distance) and Interstate 43. - location is excellent Service is friendly and above average. The rooms are clean and the beds are great. The bathrooms are clean and relatively new. Breakfast is also above average imho. The pool and whirlpool are open again are quite nice. the only drawbacks: the price is quite high considering that there are many hotels nearby that we at least as nice and 20-30$ cheaper the parking lot is rather small and can fill up fast. if you arrive past 9pm you may need to ask at the desk where else u can park. "
