„This was a great landing spot for a family reunion in the area. The cabin was as described in the listing. It was clean, cozy, and well-stocked for a weekend stay. The cabin was just right for two adults and a toddler, who only needed a little help going up and down the stone steps. Location was terrific, would certainly recommend!“

„This property was really nice and next to the river, very close to Asheville and also a river tubing company very close by. The only negative we experienced was with check in. We were not told our unit number before we arrived and that was a bit hectic as we had to call the emergency number to know where our RV was we rented. The communication could be better check in. Otherwise, a very nice place to stay. “

Would suggest a few blinds on windows in main living area as homes are close together and did not feel comfortable for privacy purposes. No soap for bathing or dishwashing items where available upon arrival. Just went to store to purchase. Shower stopped working in 2nd bathroom but tub was available. Did not call maintenance for this. Had problems getting temperature comfortable due to high tec thermostat. ...

„The host and Vrbo were great. It was in a great location to get to downtown. The only thing is the roads and parking are a bit tough. I would make sure you have a smaller vehicle and everyone staying can fit in one car otherwise you will need to find alternative parking. Otherwise it was a great stay.“

„We are so glad we stayed at Three Bears Cottage! The place is a perfect size for a couple and is nicely tucked away with great scenery near Park Grove Inn. You are welcomed with a bottle of wine upon arrival and the place was very clean and well organized. „House was likely recently renovated. Very cute, nice quiet back deck. Hot tub which we didn’t try. Great location with very short distances to most all attractions. Off street parking was a plus (would be better if the street curb could be modified for both parking spaces, a car might bottom out on one side). Comfortable furnishings and bed. Plenty of towels and good water pressure. Washer and dryer were a surprise but we did’t use them. Overall great property that we would use again.“
