"Our stay at Florence Hills and Resort was great! Service was amazing, all staff was very attentive. Nice pool size and outdoor lounging and seating area to relax after walking around Florence. The suite was comfortable and very clean. We had dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed a great meal. We had the ham and cheese board, the risotto with pears and almonds, and the Fiorentina aka a huge T-bone steak. Can’t forget to mention the astonishing views of the mountains, so calming!"

"The moment we pulled up to Casa Fontaine, our reaction was "Wow." The amenities were great, the property beautiful and the weather cooperated. "The property is beautiful. It lacks some basic things like enough toilet paper, facial tissue and an iron. "We had a wonderful holiday at Podere Gualpoli. The villa is well-appointed with everything we needed to cook a few meals and relax outside of Florence. My family enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The views are incredible! Annamaria and Simone were so welcoming. There were lovely welcome gifts and fresh eggs. "Quiet, charming location which was central for day trips to Monte San Savino, Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Cortona, Montepulciano and many other villages in Tuscany. The pool was lovely, gazebo had honeysuckle and other flowering vines surrounding it which was a nice location to get out of the sun. Many olive trees surround the house and we did manage to see a wild boar, many geckos, birds and even a snake."

"Perfect location. Beautiful villa. The hosts were so accommodating and friendly. It’s a magical place. The only thing to take into consideration is the drive from the bottom of the mountain to the villa: it can be a little tricky up the hill if you’re in a small car. "Very quiet place off the beaten track. You need a car to get to town. Owner was very nice and helpful. Apartment is small but has everything that is needed. To get to the bath room at night is a little challenging but we managed. We would rent it again if we come to the area."

"It’s difficult to express how much we loved this place. Nothing missing from the Tuscan fantasy. Charming old farm house overlooking green hills. Chickens, horses and a wonderful dog. A well-maintained pool, friendly hosts, lounge chairs, a hammock, a spa (for a price). Quiet! We could have stayed in this storybook for a month!"
