Our sports-themed interior creates the perfect atmosphere for sports fans of all kinds. From football to basketball, we've got you covered. And when it's time for a break, you can relax on the beds perfect for 6 guests.

The Space:
Newly renovated unit, with some of the coolest features you'll ever find! 2 rooms, with 4 beds. One bathroom.

65 Inch TV with SKY sports, a PS4 and Netflix. Dont forget the arcade machine, slots and a outdoor seating area.
It has a cot, high chair and really everything you'd need.

For warmth we added a Heatpump and heaters in each bedroom. We also have extra blankets and electric blankets.
The outdoor gas fire is a must, as well as the hot tub of course.

We also have quite a strict noise policy as the neighbours have small kids, so excessive noise and anything after 10pm is strictly limited, please consider this before booking.

Guest Access:
It's self-check via a small lock.

The Neighborhood:
Office Road is conveniently located close to some of the best amenities in the area, including the Merivale Mall, which offers a range of upscale shops and restaurants. The street itself is relatively quiet and peaceful, with many of the properties being large and well-maintained.

The area is highly sought-after due to its excellent location, being just a short drive from the city center and close to several parks and green spaces. Living on Office Road, you'll enjoy a high quality of life, with easy access to all the amenities and conveniences that the Merivale neighborhood has to offer.

Getting Around:
Bus stops are 1 minute away.

Other Things to Note:
The 10pm noise restriction is enforced.

Motorbikes or motorcycles strictly are not allowed on the property.

Any gang patches or gang association of any kind is strictly not allowed and will result in immediate eviction.
