„It’s a non suspecting hotel/residential complex. The hotel itself is beautiful. The people were lovely but the service is slow…. Very slow! We had issues with WIFI in our room and it took several calls for it to be looked at. It was never really fixed and we constantly had to reset the router. The rooms are beautiful despite being small. What I felt was the let down was the breakfast menu. It was sad… really sad. You’d go downstairs expecting to be greeted with a beautiful buffet ...

„The tiles in bathroom is not good. The water remains near the door and doesn’t flow in the drainage. It may cause a damage in the long run. Our stay was good. Nice breakfast, polite staff,walking distance to Ayala Alabang shopping malls, public transportation accessible. Recommend 👍 “

Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer(Suite) sehr geräumig mit kleiner Küche, großem Bad, einer Couchecke und in meinem Fall mit einer großen Terrasse, auf der ich auch eine Abschiedsparty mit Verwandten und Freunden abhalten konnte. „When I arrived, the Wi-Fi was not working. They say they are a beach resort, the beach was extremely dirty and a 10 minute walk away. The food they supplied was extremely minimal with no vegetables and far too costly. There were no food options nearby. I had to complain to stop loud pulsing music after 11 PM.“

"What is the meaning of "sound proofed"? That you even hear cockroaches dancing on the table? Or hear everything from other rooms doing their love-games? Or roosters and dogs from outside? And who really proofs that "sound proofed" is no fake? At this Hotel it is definitely fake and with all the very cheap interior and a 2 sqm bathroom - how is it possible to promote this as 5***** Hotel? Total Scam, and unfortunately HOTELS.COM is a part of that ugly daily business to deceive customers. "

"Man hat sich gut um einen gekümmert. Alle waren freundlich nett und hilfsbereit. Einrichtung wirkt teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber für mich ist das kein Problem. Es war sauber, und gut instand gehalten. Da nächste Mal gerne wieder."

"Also das war einfach von vorne bis hinten ein toller Aufenthalt! Wir waren eine Nacht dort weil wir einen Anschlussflug am nächsten Tag hatten. Das ganze Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Besonders Harvey hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Auch unsere Koffer könnten wir noch den ganzen Tag nach dem Check Out im Hotel hinterlassen. Top Service!"

"I stayed at Solaire during New Year’s Eve, and the experience fell short of expectations. The property is a casino resort and seems heavily tailored to casino players, leaving limited options for non-gamblers. The New Year’s Eve party was exclusively for casino members, and while another show was available, it was sold out. For non-casino guests, there wasn’t much else to do, making the experience underwhelming. The room had issues as well. The air conditioning was dusty and didn’t cool effectively, which detracted from comfort. Dining was frustrating. At a restaurant within the casino (not operated by Solaire), service was slow—it took 45 minutes to get our food, and not all meals we ordered were served. We left after paying for what we got. Adding to the disappointment, we requested two champagne glasses at 9 PM and only received them at 12:40 AM—after the fireworks. For a hotel costing €1500 for three nights, this level of service is unacceptable. Solaire might work for casino players, but for others, it lacks inclusivity and service quality."

"Chambre très petite, difficile à ouvrir une valise ! Pas possible d'ouvrir la fenêtre pour aérer, climatisation froide et envoie l'air dans le visage (propreté douteuse de l'appareil). Dans l'ensemble la chambre est propre, sauf beaucoup de moisi à la douche. Proche de l'aéroport et du Mega Mall SM."
