Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit, Personal & Service und Zustand der Unterkunft
Asked for a quiet room. Said we could only get the room reserved for us by our agent? Gave us a room that smelled like urine/poop. When asked to change reiterated that the room was reserved by our agent. Also stated hotel is 30 years old. No other rooms could be assigned. When spouse asked for nearest SPRINGHILL Suites, David immediately gave location. No attempt to provide another room despite virtually empty parking lot. When I asked to speak with manager, then David suddenly found another room. This by the exit door, stating door often sticks. Not quiet! Wall shakes every time someone attempts to enter or exit. Door bangs shut when working. This room also smells like urine but not poop. Unknown dripping Substances on headboard, seriously dusty lamp shades. Have previously stayed as a Hiltonhonors member at many Hampton Inn & Hilton properties without any issues. This booking with Expedia. Not happy nor comfortable here. Also, manager’s business cards have mysteriously disappeared from front desk! Too tired from full day of driving to look for suitable alternative accommodations.
