„Great location to stay at if you want to enjoy the outdoors. Otter Creek and Piute Reservoir are close by for fishing. Piute trails are a short drive away and great for ATV's/OHV's. House is comfortable with lots of seating around the tv to relax after the day's activities. Comfortable beds with lots of blankets and pillows for sleep. Well stocked kitchen. Fire ring in the backyard to enjoy during the evenings and see all the stars.“

„This is a wonderful place to stay for the trail system! Trails in every direction, my favorite is the Fremont trail to the south. The house is big and nicely setup for our large group. 12 machines with 13 riders. The town is welcoming, helpful and fun.“

„This place is remote enough to get away from people but close enough to Richfield to have amenities. We loved this place. The stars lit up the sky at night! The constellations were amazing. The cabin has ample beds. And the pond is a major plus for groups and kids. The concrete pad is awesome too for socializing and eating. Warm days and cool nights. Great place.“

„To access the checkin instructions a text is sent with an access code but there isn’t any service in most of southern Utah. Found the cabin late, make sure you have supplies and food with you because there is absolutely nothing open or available. There were dead bugs in the bathroom sink and on the living room carpet. The only bad experience we had this time was that the power went out because of storms. We didn't know how long the power would be out so we decided to pack up and leave that night.
