"Das erste Zimmer war etwas laut, aber das Problem wurde sofort gelöst, indem mir ein anderes Zimmer angeboten wurde. Sehr schneller und hilfsbereiter Service!"

"We came late due of delayed turkish airline flight but my family in Jakarta did inform the hotel teams and everything was great. Check in staff was a young and kind person. The security team too. Our apartment nice, big and clean. We are traveling with an 1 year old baby and it was great they have a kitchen and also a washing machine (but we didn't use it). The bath rooms are clean and nice. Breakfast was good too. The staff at breakfast were friendly, great and kind too. Would definitely stay there again. But if you come at the hotel late at night, there are no restaurants, mini maret or shops near by. My family visited us shortly and we had a fabulous time there. This hotel was better than Pullm... or Sherat.. or four points by S...!!! Thank you Team Oakwood."
