„We loved the location of the rental and how we could just walk to town, walk to church, walk the River walk. It was a perfect spot! Quiet neighborhood. We liked that! Lots of terrific little shops. We will definitely be back! “

„The house was very friendly. We had a beautiful view with the lake and a snowstorm that we were able to watch. It was great seeing the fisherman and the snowmobiles on the lake. Our group made some nice meals together and we really were relaxed. The home was very comfortable.“

„Perfect for our visit to our children and grand children. The lake is across the street with the marina next door. Rented a pontoon boat, at a discounted rate for beautiful day with the kids. Minor problem getting in initially, but resolved by Jeanne quickly. Note that this is a renovated lake residence which has a second story rental which can get a bit noisy and the bathroom is in the rear of the house with the bedroom in the front. Overall will be returning in the future.“

„The check-in process was easy and all instructions were clear. Jonathan, the owner, was very responsive and easy to get a hold of if I had any questions. The place was cute, clean, and perfect for what I needed (a place to stay during my medical school rotation). As the review says, it is not ideal for taller guests as the roof slopes down in certain areas, but I found the place cozy.“

„We loved the brilliant use of space and all the amenities in this cozy hideaway. My husband, who owns a Professional Organization business, was very pleased and impressed by the clever use of various storage options. The walkways were attractively and effectively lit up for evening strolls and dog walking. All instructions were clearly communicated and our stay was lovely“

„My partner and I stayed here overnight for a nearby wedding in Salisbury. The property was easy to find and conveniently located near main roads for the area. The hosts are very receptive to questions and general communications as well!“

„Beautiful, freshly renovated place. Host was super responsive and generous (helped us enormously when we had to reschedule). Very comfortable beds! Location was great, quiet and surrounded by trees yet just 5 minutes from the skiing area. Highly recommended!“

„This location was perfect for hiking the AT. The trail is only a few feet from the front door. The backyard is very nice, and they had chairs and tables to sit out. The apartment was a nice size for two people. There was no tv, so we used our computer. The kitchen was great to have since we didn't plan on eating out every night. There are plenty of restaurants in the area. The hosts were great and very responsive. The fall colors made the trip extra special.“

Ist schon sehr stark in die Jahre gekommen :-/

"Ich frage mich woher diese guten Bewertungen kommen? Vermutlich haben andere Gäste keine Problem bei so einer doch schon sehr sehr veralteten Unterkunft, die sehr verschmutzt war und auch nicht gerade eine gute Luft im Zimmer verbarg. Beim Eingang stand nur ein Podest und als ich rausgekommen bin (da war es bereits Dunkel), bin ich einfach eine sehr hohe Stufe heruntergestürzt, da dieses Podest schwarz und nicht gekennzeichnet war. Noch einmal würde ich da definitiv nicht übernachten. "

"Wir haben dort 2 Übernachtungen gebucht, um das Norman Rockwell Museum aus Stockbridge zu besichtigen. Das Museum war sehr interessant und eindrucksvoll, die kleine Stadt Stockbridge ist auch sehr schön, aber das Zimmer war enttäuschend : schmutzig, mit zerrissener Decke und zerrissenem Handtuch, mit mehreren Spinnennetzen."
