The Hotel is near leicester square underground. Right next to de hippodrome and chinatown. We had a room facing a small road which was more quiet than the main road. We felt the walls weren’t very quiet, you can hear other doors closing. Room cleaning came very late in the day like 4p.m. If your only in the room to sleep its perfect! Cleaning during the stay can be improved but overall we liked the services

Das Assembly Leicester Square Hotel liegt perfekt in der Innenstadt. Alles ist sehr gut erreichbar U-Bahn und Bus sind direkt vor der Tür. Die Roof Top Bar und das Restaurant haben einen Mega Ausblick. Leider kann man in den Zimmern das Fenster nicht öffnen! Das Hotel ist komplett klimatisiert. Aber ohne mal das Fenster zu öffnen ist das sehr anstrengend, da man nicht lüften kann.

Our Experience at the Assembly Hotel was bad. The rooms werd very dirty and stinky. We has a little room without a Window. That was out mistske we disnt read the describtion in every detail. So that menas you cant open the window too get some fresh air, that wouldnt be a problem if the ventilation system would be working fine. In every corner was dust and dirt. The Air condition was extremely dirty. We asked for a cleaning. We assume they just made the bed and changed the towels the room was as dirty as before. In our room were no cleaning accesoires for the toilet.
The Wlan worked fine and the location is perfect for exploring the city. The people at the reception tried their best.

The Location is perfect and everything you need is nearby. The room size is sufficient and the bathroom is very modern. Leaving your luggage at the hotel before check-in or after check-out is 15pounds per day which I consider quite expensive. Sometimes there was a stuffy smell coming out of the air conditioning. There was also no safe in the room.

Die Lage kann nicht besser sein, vieles geht selbst in London zu Fuß. Zimmer (Deluxe mit Fenster) war ausreichend groß, Bett sehr bequem und Fenster schallisoliert, von der Straße haben wir im sechsten Stock nichts gehört. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
