„The internet is seriously slow. If you use international mobile phone, their wifi cannot surf internet websites or app such as WhatsApp or Facebook. Hotel is too Chinese and catered to local guest. Not friendly for international guest despite being an international brand hotel. I dislike the open toilet concept. Even even the sliding door can separate the toilet and room, I dislike the design. „Was scheduled to be in another hotel near city center, but last minute was changed to this hotel. I had not stayed here before, but intend to again! Very nice staff, and an especially attentive head concierge. The club lounge was great for meetings, snacks, helpful staff, etc.“
