„This home was in an ideal location to venture out to various sites. Everything you need for your stay was there. Although the stairway going upstairs was narrow, we were aware from other reviews about it. I am over 6’ tall so the double beds weren’t ideal but we still slept well. I was already aware of the double beds before we arrived. We only had our breakfasts there so we didn’t use the kitchen for our other meals. The owner, Jeff responded quickly to a question we had. „This property was so warm and comforting, and the owners were so amazing with the in/out process! The little things that they offer for the comfort of home were above and beyond. I would 1000% recommend this as a must stay. The views are unreal!! The hospitality is unmatched! Absolutely gem! It’s always stressful traveling abroad alone but this guesthouse made all that seem irrelevant! Thank you so much and look forward to staying with you again!“

„We stayed here last year on Friday night of the Labour day weekend as well. Great place...very quiet, out of the way of the main roads and highways. We have stayed in two different units and both were extremely clean, even clean smelling. Kudos to the housekeeper (we met her last year but I forget her name). „We enjoyed our stay and there were the essentials offered, which was nice. The suite is true to the photos. It was cozy and in a convenient location. The owners live upstairs and have small children, which would have perhaps been a good thing to know in the listing. „We thought it was a lot of house for the money. Kitchen was well appointed and easy to navigate. House was quirky but we enjoyed it. Especially enjoyed hiking on the nearby trail. Also recommend the cable museum,,and a visit to Brigus. One should also know that Bay Roberts has all the stores etc,,but no downtown section and there is a fairly busy road in front of the house.“
