„Nice little hotel located directly in the city. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and in good condition. The parking space is located directly behind the hotel, and has enough room. The only thing is the bar within the hotel and the Pub right across the road. It gets sometimes very loud until the bar and the pub is closing. Also, the family room is located directly above the bar, so you can hear everything there. Could be located better. “

„We booked and pre-paid three rooms for a business trip. When we arrived, we were told that they did not have a reservation for us and when we showed the email confirmation, we were told that they did not work with Hotels.com and that they did not have the rooms available. We were able to resolve the situation eventually, but not a pleasant nor welcoming experience!“

„Wir haben nur eine Nacht im Steps Farmhouse übernachtet, da es auf dem Weg zum eigentlichen Zielort lag. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und bemüht, wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Gerne empfehle ich diese Unterkunft weiter!“

„The family rooms more like an apartment were excellent. Everything you needed in the room including dvds for the kids. The host was brilliant and locals in the bar were welcoming. The location and setting lovely. Would recommend to stopping here“

„Nice comfortable room with adequate facilities in room. Not a lover of toilet brushes and the one in the bathroom was sitting in goodness knows what and noticed it as soon as entered the bathroom as the holder was clear - not nice. No tv remote in room and to be fair we didn’t request one during the stay as we got back late and didn’t notice until ready for bed and would have had to walk into the bar area! “

„Ist von innen sehr viel besser als es von außen aussieht. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete und saubere Zimmer mit TV, Teekocher ausreichend großem Bad und kostenlosem WiFi. Sehr freundliches Personal. Im angeschloßenen Pub kann man sehr gut essen. Frühstück ist sehr gut. Parkplätze in 1 Minute Entfernung im öffentlichen Carpark sind ab 18:00 Uhr bis morgens 08:00 Uhr kostenlos.“

„Dieses Hotel war für uns reserviert und bestätigt. Als wir in der Nacht ankamen, wussten die aber nichts von uns und hatten auch keine Betten mehr. Was schlussendlich zur Bewertung geführt hat. Das Personal war insofern exzellent, als dass ihnen die Situation 1. nicht recht war und sich 2. dafür eingesetzt hat, dass für uns eine schnelle, adäquate und in der Nähe gelegene Alternative zur Verfügung stand.“

„we spent there one night only. It is beautyful place with nice garden and even a playground for the kids. Breakfast was very good. Made to order eggs and a good cold buffet. Just fresh fruit missing. Room was big and clean, free Wifi - however our room just had one small window and we were not able to get a good ventilation. It was too warm to sleep. Other families told us about rooms with 3 or more windows which were much better.“

"Belle vue sur le port et très joli parc. Le centre ville est à 5 minutes à pied. L'hôtel est un peu vieillot. La piacine est très agréable mais le jacuzzi nr fonctionnait pas. Repas assez simple dans une salle a manger assez sombre; les beans du petit dejeuner sont servis dans un récipient en plastique... L'un des stores manquait."
