„8 of us stayed at the River & Charm. It was a great experience on 10 acres with nice fall weather. The house and cottage were clean and open with tons of space. Just a quick 5 minute trip into town for anything you may need. The host was very responsive and accommodating to anything we needed. Would book again! “

„The place is practically new, inside and out. The kitchen is well furnished with all the cookwear, pots and pans, dishes and silverware anyone could possibly want or need, Parking is available for a truck and a boat, in fact there’s room for two such rigs in the driveway. Kevin is a gracious host and was over quickly to help get the TV working (we’re technically challenged). We’ll be back!!“

„We had a 2 night stay at this property. The riverside deck is amazing. Overall it met our needs, but any longer would have been hard. First concern: Laundry. For 400 a night, there really should be an electric washer and electric dryer at this property. I say electric since the dryer listed on the comp is literally a wooden folding clothing rack in front of a heating vent- 😳😳 Second concern: The master bed is not level. „What a fun week on the river! This was our first trip to the 1000 Islands and it did not disappoint. Grenell Island is full of history and charm - we loved exploring the walking path and checking out all the old pictures in the Community House while our kids played foosball. „Great house, very nice rooms and kitchen. The living room doesn’t have as many seats as people fit into the house, which is something that could be improved. Nice short walk to the center and harbor. The location is quite close to a hardware store, and neighbouring houses aren’t nearly as nice.“
