Lake vibes throughout this open floor plan home, including kitchen with island and breakfast bar. Comfy family room with deep relaxing couch, reclining chair and lake décor throughout. For your enjoyment the home has 3 big screen TVs, a pool table, 2 kayaks, a pedal boat and a fire pit. Amazing lake views from kitchen, family room and master bedroom . Bird feeders attract various species of birds. Fish right off the private dock and park your boat and other water toys on the water or in the spacious driveway. Enjoy the evening on the covered porch with a glass of wine, roasting marshmallows on the fire pit, or gazing at the stars on the hammock. Enjoy the many wineries nearby including Napa Valley only an hours drive away.

Perfect House for a Family Vacation
We loved this house! The space was perfect for 2 couples and my 3 kids (17-21 years old). The furnishings and decor were gorgeous, modern, and on theme for a Lake House. We had a blast playing pool, wii, cornhole, kayaking, and peddling out on the pedal boat to see the sunset. The beds were super comfy and communication with the host was very easy, all of her recommendations were spot on! 5 stars across the board - highly recommend!

Clean house, sheets, towels. My only complaint is, the couch is way too soft & makes it hard to get up from it. I’m not sure but it seemed like it was made of feathers, which I started to have a bit of an allergic reaction. The neighborhood is old & somewhat rundown. It appeared to be low-income town. However, driving around the whole lake & there’s nice little towns.

The house is just as advertised. It was perfect for us. Very clean and had everything we needed. Backyard patios are fantastic with lots of choices where to hang out. Nice dock to fish from. The pedal boat was heavy to flip so we did not use and we didn't want to bother host on Thanksgiving Day . A younger group would be able to flip with no problem. I would highly recommend this home and we plan to return also. Thanks

Delightful accommodation!
My family of four came to Clearlake to attend a wedding. This lovely house was perfect for us. It was serene and quiet with lovely views. Our son enjoyed kayaking. The house was equipped with 2 Kayaks as well as a pool table in the main room. The house is well maintained, very clean and nice furnishing. Enjoyed delicious breakfast at Mike’s in Lucerne. Overall this property was great! The house was clean, beds were comfortable and the view was great! Wish the thermostat had been on longer prior to arrival the house took a long time to cool down. But the deck was awesome and we loved using the paddle boat. There are definitely a lot of bugs as was warmed in the description. But we thoroughly enjoyed the home and would definitely come back!

Clearlake Jewel!
My husband and I and my cousin and his wife and two kids spent 4 days and 3 nights at this property. The photos don’t do it justice. Very spacious property fully stocked with everything you can think of. Modern up to date style with a lake house motif. It has a deck that extends the length of the back of the house that leads to its own personal dock. We were very comfortable and the owners made us feel right at home. The only drawback is that we didn’t catch any fish but had a blast trying to catch a big one! We will definitely keep this property in mind for our next staycation in the Clearlake area.

The property was the perfect layout for our family/friends and dog too! Plenty of space to relax and enjoy the weather in the sun or in the shade. Our boat and the dock set up was ideal. Be cautious as there are many large spiders on the patio which I'm sure were feasting on the flies and other bugs I'm sure! Overall THUMBS up on this property!

Great fun for everyone.
The house was great! I have been in rentals where the photos looked nothing like the house, but in my opinion, this house is even better than the photos. Everyone loved using the kayaks and pedal boat. The water in the neighborhood is greener than the main lake so we did not swim directly off the dock ( just our preference) but saw some neighbors doing so. Elsa was easy to communicate with and provided helpful local recommendations too. We do not have a boat and had to drive 35 minutes to the rental spot…just be aware of the distance. We did not mind since the house was so great.

The stay was amazing. Its a beautiful home. Decorated so pretty. Everything was clean and tidy. The home smells amazing. We had a wonderful time. Fishing was great, we caught about 12 fish. Husband was very pleased. Kids had a great time on the paddle boat. The outdoor living space is absolutely gorgeous. Plenty of seating and very peaceful. Neighbors were inviting upon arrivial, wished us a pleasnt stay. Told us where we cluld get bait in town. At check out time, it was smooth. Communication was also very good.
