„Don't know if you can get a better location. Direct ocean view and walkable to downtown area with restaurants/shopping etc. Property itself is worn down a bit. Really only sleeps 4 comfortably. 1 Queen and two single beds. There is also a single futon and a couch (but its not a pull-out couch). I guess that is how you get six...BUT....there are no extra blankets for futon or couch either. Had to buy coffee maker (although host did reimburse)... no trash bags, no dishwasher or laundry soap ...
