„Das Appartment entspricht in allen Punkten der Anzeige, ja es ist letztlich schöner, als es die Bilder darstellen können. Alles ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und super sauber. Diese Ferienunterkunft lässt keine Wünsche mehr übrig. Wenn man mal nicht in ein paar Autominuten zum Strand fahren möchte, kann man den großen Pool nutzen. Liegen stehen ausreichend bereit und ein schattiges Plätzchen ist leicht zu finden. Einkaufen kam man direkt gegenüber. Die Kommunikation mit Doru und Alina ...

„This property is as nice as the photos, but what sets it apart is how the owners have anticipated everything you might need but couldn’t bring with you. It’s also conveniently located. “

„Positiv: - Vermieter ist sehr kommunikativ und immer erreichbar. - Strandstühle + Schirm werden kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. - Pool ist gewärmt. Alles in allem war unser Augenhalt OK (9 Tage).. Wohnung + Pool kommen auf den Bildern größer rüber als es wirklich ist. Die Anlage scheint keinen Service zu haben da das Gelände und Flure in die Jahre gekommen sind. Verbesserungsvorschlag: Die Haustür sollte eine bessere Verrieglung / Sicherung haben. Das könnte zb. zusätzlich ein Stallriegel ...

„The condo was very clean and in a safe area. My sister and I stayed here to visit family who live in the area. There are many restaurants near the condo and a Publix grocery store. We liked staying here and would do so again. “

Not recommended to stay here

"Not sure if I would recommend this hotel. Location is good and bed comfy. Whirl Pool and kids pool are very run down. I asked 3 times for room service, but nothing happened. One day hot water was broken. I had to take a cold shower. The room smells intensive of mold/marijuhana and a lot of people smoked it. Breakfast is every day the same and not very good. Eggs tasted like they were microwaved. You aren’t allowed to take anything from the breakfast area with you. One washing machine was broken, dryer didn’t dry well. Some parts of the hotel were very dirty. "

"Super gepflegtes Hotel. Frühstück top und alles sehr ordentlich und top sortiert. Pool liegt schön im Innenhof. War zwar leider nicht geheizt, dafür gibt es aber einen großen Whirlpool."

"Wir haben das Hotel für den Zwischenstopp nach Fort Myers gebucht. Da kurz vorher ein Tropensturm durchgezogen ist, gab es ein paar Schäden am Hotel, was zu geringfügigen Einschränkungen geführt hat, die kaum ins Gewicht gefallen sind. "

"Haben dort zwei Nächte verbracht. Könnte etwas moderner sein, war aber sauber und großzügig. Das Bad leider sehr eng und ohne Lüftung , aber sauber ! Personal sehr sehr nett und Frühstück ok. "
