Complimentary basics like soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags are provided upon arrival, though not replenished during the stay.

Please note our strict noise policy: NO parties/events, loud music, or excessive noise allowed. The property is equipped with MINUT, a noise monitoring device, with a $200 fine for tampering.

There are 4-5 steps down to the unit (considered a "garden apartment" as it's partially below street level), and two sets of 5-6 stairs with handrails to exit the building. The coin-operated laundry room is on the 2nd floor, requiring climbing a few flights of stairs.

◆ Due to the nature of the apartment complex with 12 units, there may be occasional noise from general "living" activities.
◆ Please utilize the 1 off-street parking space with a reserved sign. Avoid parking on the other side of the lot where the daycare is located.
◆ Guests must navigate some steps to enter the house, including one step at the side entrance and a few steps leading to the basement.
◆ Pets are not allowed without prior authorization. If approved, there is a $95 fee for up to 2 dogs (no weight limit). For more than 2 pets, we will charge two pet fees. Please do not arrive with unauthorized pets, as this will result in a $200 fine plus the standard pet fee of $200. Please contact us in advance if you’ll be traveling with your pets.
◆ Amenities provided include Wi-Fi, 3 Smart TVs, bed linens, bath towels, and more.
Complimentary basic essentials are provided upon arrival, including soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags, paper towels, and laundry detergent. Note that these items are not replenished.
◆ A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used.

✔ The primary guest is responsible for conveying house rules to additional guests and their actions on the property.

➜ No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.

➜ Any violations of the house rules could result in the immediate removal from the property WITHOUT REFUND. Furthermore, guests must abide by all Airbnb policies and local, state, or federal laws.
